April 10, 2018 BRP Recalls All-Terrain Vehicles Due to Crash Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves model year 2017 Can-Am Outlander and Outlander Max all-terrain vehicles equipped with a dynamic power steering (DPS) and a 450 or 570 engine. The vehicles were sold in various colors. The model name is printed on the side panels of the vehicles. The vehicle identification number (VIN) is printed on the frame under the seat in the middle and on the frame behind the right front wheel. This recall involves Model Year 2014-18 Polaris RZR XP 1000 recreational off-highway vehicles (ROVs). The ROVs have "POLARIS" stamped on the front and back grilles, and "Polaris," "RZR," "1000," & "XP" stickers on the side panels. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) can be found on the right rear frame of the vehicle, to the rear of the engine. March 29, 2018 Octane Fitness Recalls Cross Trainers Due to Fall Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves the Octane Fitness XT- One elliptical cross trainer. "Octane Fitness" is printed on the rear of the keypad and the side of the cross trainer. The cross trainers measure 33 inches by 99 inches. These standing elliptical cross trainers were sold in various shades of gray, green and orange. The machines have steel tubing with plastic shrouds and a 10 inch glass capacitive touch screen or a large LED display with integrated capacitive buttons. Only cross trainers with model numbers XT5700 are included in the recall. The model name XTOne is printed on the incline support column. Read more.

This recall involves Louis Garneau Course Helmets with model number LG1261 printed on the inside of the helmet. "Garneau," "Course" and "LG" are printed on both sides of the recalled bicycle helmets. They were sold in matte black and matte fluo yellow. The manufacturer's date and serial number are printed on a sticker inside the helmet. March 7, 2018 Husqvarna Motorcycles Recalls Closed Course Competition Motorcycles Due to Crash Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves model year 2016, 2017 and 2018 Husqvarna closed course/competition motorcycles with 450cc, 4-cycle engines. The motorcycles are white, blue and yellow with the Husqvarna logo on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. The engine size FS 450 is printed on both sides of the side panel below the rear of the seat. Model year 2016 motorcycles will have the letter G in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). Model year 2017 motorcycles will have the letter H in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). Model year 2018 motorcycles will have the letter J in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). The VIN number is located on the right side of the steering head. Read more.

February 26, 2018 Allen Sports Recalls Folding Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves Allen Sports model Ultra1 and UltraX carbon fiber folding bicycles. "ULTRA X" or "ULTRA ONE" are printed on the bicycle's frame. Both bicycles were sold in black, have 20 speeds and wheel sizes of 451MM. The Ultra One weighs about 21 pounds and the Ultra X weighs about 18 pounds. Read more.

February 22, 2018 Monster Moto Recalls Mini Bikes Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves model "MM-B212" off-road mini bikes. The recalled bikes have a black powder-coated, gusset-reinforced, welded tube steel frame. Attached to the frame are two pneumatic tires with steel rims that measure 19 inches by 7 inches, a front fork with shocks, front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, and a head light. The bikes are powered by a pull start self-contained 212cc, 7.5 hp gas engine and have a retractable kick stand. The mini bikes weigh 164 pounds and measure 64 inches long by 32.5 inches wide by 36 inches tall. There are two circular "MM 212" decals on the pull start and the transmission cover located on the left and right side of the bikes, a "Monster Moto" decal on the left and right shock absorbers, and an "MM 212" and Monster Moto logo on the left and right frame gussets.
