December 8, 2015 Kubota Recalls Utility Vehicle Due to Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves model year 2013, 2014 and 2015 Kubota RTV-X1100C series diesel-powered utility vehicles. Recalled utility vehicles come in the colors orange and camouflage and have serial numbers ranging from 10001 to 23172. The model number is on the side of the unit and on the data plate on the back of the cab, between the cab and the bed. The serial number is also on the data plate. Read more.

December 2, 2015 Felt Bicycles Recalls Mountain Bikes with OEM Carbon Fiber Seatposts Due to Risk of Injury, Fall Hazards

This recall involves all model year 2015 Felt Double Double 30, NINEe 20 and Edict 1 mountain bicycles. The bicycles were sold with carbon fiber seat posts. The model name is printed on the top tube of the bicycles. The Felt logo is on the down tube of the Double Double 30 and the NINEe20, and on the top tube of the Edict 1. The Double Double 30 was sold in the color blue. The NINEe 20 was sold in a gray and orange color scheme. The Edict 1 was sold in a black and blue color scheme. Read more.

November 24, 2015 BRP Recalls Snowmobiles Due to Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves 68 models of 2016 Ski-Doo snowmobiles equipped with a 600 HO E-TEC engine or an 800R E-TEC engine. The VIN is scribed on the vehicle description decal, which is located on the right hand side of the tunnel. The vehicles came in various colors. Read more.

November 17, 2015 Kona Recalls Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves all 2014 Kona Wo bicycles with a charcoal black frame and silver decals. The word "Wo" is on the top tube of the frame and the word "Kona" is on the down tube of the frame and on the side of the seat. Read more.

November 17, 2015 REI Recalls Outdoor Rocker Chairs Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves REI evrgrn Campfire Rocker chairs. The collapsible rocking chairs were sold in blue, gray, green, and orange fabric supported by four metal tubes and wooden rockers at the base and are intended for outdoor use. A small black tab is attached to the edge of the fabric seat containing the word "evrgrn". The chair comes in a portable bag whose color matches that of the fabric seat. Read more.

November 5, 2015 Club Car Recalls Gas Golf and Transport Vehicles Due to Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)

The 2014-2016 Precedent gas golf and transport vehicles, which vary in size, models and colors, are used for short-distance transportation. The recalled vehicles can be identified by the model and serial numbers. Serial numbers are above and to the right of the accelerator pedal. The model number is the first two letters of the serial number. October 29, 2015 QBP Recalls WeThePeople BMX Bicycles and Cranksets Due to Fall Hazard

The recall involves WeThePeople Envy BMX bicycles and aftermarket ECLAT Aeon BMX cranksets. The Envy BMX bicycles have a 20.6 or 21 inch chromoly frame, painted dark gold. The bicycle bottom bracket has an "ENVY20.6" or "ENVY21" stamp. The ECLAT Aeon BMX cranksets are the gears at the front of the bicycle chain with pedals attached to the outer ends. The cranksets have a steel, two-piece construction. Printed on the left side of the spindle is ESS Eclat 22mm" and next to the pedal, on the crank arm is "Aeon." Printed on the inside of the crank arm is "Eclat Germany" followed by the crank arm length "170mm" or "175mm." Read more.

October 28, 2015 Burley Design Recalls Child Bicycle Trailers Due to Injury Risk

This recall involves seven models of Burley Design child bicycle trailers manufactured from 2009 to 2015. The trailers allow cyclists to tow children behind their bicycles while riding. The trailers are connected to the bicycle by a tow bar, which attaches to the rear axle of the bicycle on one end and to a tow bar receiver on the trailer at the other end. The tow bar receiver is on the front left side of the trailer as it faces the rear wheel of the bicycle. Recalled trailers have a black plastic tow bar receiver with an integrated wheel guard. Recalled trailers can be identified by the first four characters of the serial numbers on the trailer. The serial number is on a sticker in the rear cargo area behind the seat of the trailer on the left inside frame bar. The following seven trailer models and serial numbers are being recalled: Model Serial Numbers Cub K943 Rental Cub K943 D'Lite and D'Lite ST D948 and K948 Encore K942 Solo and Solo ST D939, K939 and KK939 Trailers with aluminum tow bar receivers are not included in the recall. October 22, 2015 L.L. Bean Recalls Knives with Sheath Due to Laceration Hazard

The recall includes the L.L. Bean GTO Hunting Knife with Sheath with product identification number 296435 printed on the product's packaging. The knife measures 8 inches long including a 4-inch blade. The handle is made of G10 synthetic. L.L. Bean is printed on the blade and an outline of a mountain is printed on the blade. The sheath is made of black ballistic cloth, embroidered with "L.L. Bean" and an outline of mountains. Read more.

October 21, 2015 Liquid Force Recalls Response Kiteboard Control Systems Due to Risk of Injury (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Liquid Force Response kiteboard control systems from model year 2015. The control systems are comprised of a light-weight control bar to control and depower the kite, a set of flying lines and a harness loop (chicken loop)/quick release mechanism. Recalled units have a solid orange release hood and the words "RESPONSE RELEASE SYSTEM" are printed on the black loop. The release hood on replacement systems is orange and black or yellow and black.
