These black steel dumbbells are sold in pairs and can have a weight capacity of 10 to 90 pounds. The word 'BOWFLEX' is written in grey along the top of each handle. A selector dial on each end of the cradle lists weights in red, starting at 10 and increasing in increments of five. The red Bowflex logo is at the center of the dial. This recall involves units with a date-of-manufacture code in the serial number in the range of 1111 through 1136. The date code is the four-digit code following the letters "MAG" in the serial number. The serial number is on a white label on the bottom of the cradle. Lift the dumbbell from the cradle with all weights attached before turning over the base. Dumbbells with a black dot on the inside portion of the weight selector dial are not affected by this recall. The recall involves all 4ZA 31.8 threadless bicycle handlebar stems sold as individual aftermarket components. The stems are black and have the words "4ZA Cycling Performance" painted on the carbon extension between the steerer clamp and handlebar clamp. The recalled stems range in extension lengths from 90mm to 130mm, approximately 3.5 to 5 inches. Read more.
This recall involves First Fitness Kid’s First trampolines with handlebars. The child-size toy trampolines have a red and blue metal handlebar, a blue nylon deck guard and a black jumping deck. “First Fitness” is embossed on the jumping deck in white letters. The trampolines can be identified by model number FF-6902TR and Toys R Us SKN 491463. The model and store numbers can be found on the lower right corner of the back of the packaging. A sewn-in tag on the bottom of the deck lists the factory date code of five numbers followed by “GLTX.” Read more.

This recall involves all Salsa Minimalist bicycle racks sold after January 2011. The racks are made of tubular aluminum with a black or silver finish, and can be installed on either the front or rear of a bicycle. The recalled bicycle racks have steel mounting brackets, identified as straps, with a single hole in the center used to mount the strap to the bicycle fork. The recall involves the Sportspower BouncePro 14’ Trampolines with brown mesh netting. UPC codes 68706404210, and 68706404244 are printed on the trampoline box. “Sportspower BouncePro 14” and “TR-14-63-A” are printed on a plate on the leg of the trampoline frame. The trampolines are surrounded by brown netting measuring about 6 feet high on the perimeter of the trampoline. The netting is designed to contain individuals bouncing on the trampoline. Read more.
The recalled vehicles are model year 2012 Kawasaki four-wheel recreational off-highway vehicles with side-by-side seating for two people, automobile style controls, with model types Teryx 750 FI 4x4, Teryx 750 FI 4x4 LE, Teryx 750 FI 750 4x4 LE SGE and Teryx 750 FI 4x4 Sport. The recalled products are Tektro TL-83 brake levers. TL-83 levers are designed exclusively for use with aerodynamic handlebars (aerobars) sold as original equipment on 2010 and 2011 S-Works Shiv bicycle frame modules and 2012 S-Works Shiv TT bicycle frame modules. They are also sold as aftermarket service parts for these modules. The levers are modified versions of the TL-720 brake lever. They are black aluminum and have a quick release slot at the top of the lever arm. Model number “TL-720” can be read on the side of the lever arm when braking action is applied. Read more.
