The Photon model carabiners are used by climbers as connectors and are sold individually or as components of the Photon Express and Mach Express quickdraw used as extenders to anchor a climber. The carabiners were sold in a variety of colors including green, yellow, silver and brown. The quickdraws use a white or black fabric strap with green, yellow or gray stitching and Photon carabiners attached at each end. Read more.

This recall involves Rogue Fitness J-Cup brackets used to hold barbells on weightlifting racks. The black metal brackets are used with the Rogue Fitness SPX Squat Press Stand, R-3 Racks, R-4 Racks and Infinity Rigs. Read more.

This recall involves Guardian full-face diving masks with serial numbers 9051284 through 100070954. The serial number is printed on the main regulator body. The diving masks were sold in black with blue accent colors. The Ocean Technology Systems' logo is affixed to the front of the mask. Read more.

This recall involves all model DR50 and DR70 Baja dirt bikes with VIN numbers beginning with “L98.” The model number and VIN are located on the product data plate, which is located on the side of the “goose neck” (where the handle bars meet the body of the bike). Read more.

This recall involves Fitness Gear and Fitness After 40 branded resistance tubes and adjustable resistance tube kits. The resistance tubes are yellow, blue, red, orange, gray or black and are attached to handles with a plastic clip. "Fitness Gear" is printed in red on the handles of the Fitness Gear-branded products. The Fitness After 40-branded resistance tubes have blue handles with thin green and red stripes. The recalled model numbers are: FAF00004, STA00017, STA00018, STA00019, STA00020, STA00021, STA00022, STA00023, STA00063, STA00064, STA00066. This recall involves Novara Fusion bicycles with serial numbers U95Y07321, U96Y28393, or in the sequential range of the last four digits U96Y28876 through U96Y29128. Serial numbers are located on the underside of the bike. The espresso-colored bicycles were sold in two styles, the Step Through and the Fusion.
