This recall involves the Matrix Fitness T1X, T1xe, T3x and T3xh treadmills. The treadmill has a running platform that measures 60 inches long by 20 inches wide, a 33-inch-wide console and a straight power cord with no power cord bracket. Matrix is printed on the treadmill console masts. The model name and the serial number are located on the connecting bar at the bottom of the machine near the power socket. The serial number is comprised of the letters TM, a three-digit model number, the manufacture date in YY/MM format, followed by a five-digit serial. The recalled treadmills were manufactured from January 2009 through January 2018. This recall involves the OBB-20 Olympic Dumbbell handles that can be used with any olympic-size weight plates in any configuration and allows users to perform various dumbbell exercises. The Olympic Dumbbell handles are chrome in color and finish, and each dumbbell handle comes with two locking collars in black. Read more.

This recall involves Peloton Tread treadmills with model TR02.The recalled Tread has a running space of 59 inches, a 23.8-inch high definition (HD) touchscreen console and a non-slatted running belt. The model number TR02 is printed on a black sticker located on the end cap in the front of the treadmill deck. The treadmills have a touchscreen and are black with the Peloton logo on the monitor and the side rails. PLEASE NOTE: This product is different than the Peloton Tread+ that was also recalled by the CPSC on May 5, 2021 because children, pets, and objects can be pulled underneath the Tread+ deck, posing a risk of injury or death. This recall involves the Peloton Tread+ treadmill with model number TR01. It has a running deck space of 67 inches, a 32-inch high definition (HD) touchscreen and a slatted belt. The treadmill was launched as the Peloton Tread in 2018 but renamed Tread+ in September 2020. The Tread+ model number TR01 is printed on a black sticker located on the end cap in the front of the treadmill deck. The treadmills have a touchscreen and are black with the Peloton logo on the monitor and the side rails. PLEASE NOTE: This product is different than the Peloton Tread that is also subject to a voluntary recall in cooperation with the CPSC on May 5, 2021 because the console on the Tread can detach and fall, posing a risk of injury to consumers. This recall involves PR-4000 (SKU No. PRA-4120) and PR-5000 (SKU No. PRA-5122) Strap Safety brackets. The SKU numbers can be found on the product packaging. Strap Safeties are designed to prevent damage to barbells due to missed lifts during weightlifting. The Strap Safety brackets are black and attach to the weight lifting posts of a squat stand to ensure the strap safeties stay in place. The straps on the Strap Safety products are secured to the brackets with heavy duty bolts. Consumers should retain the strap safeties and heavy-duty bolts. Only the brackets are being recalled. This recall involves Decathlon’s Domyos swiss balls, also referred to as pilates balls or gymnastics gymballs, with model numbers 8529175, 8529176 and 8529177. The recalled balls are used for exercising and were sold in blue, bordeaux, and gray colors. They measure 21.65 inches to 29.53 inches in diameter and weigh between 10.6 and 10.9 ounces. Domyos, the diameter and the weight are printed near the base of the ball. Read more.

This recall involves SPRI ultra heavy resistance tubes or bands used for exercising. They are black with nylon webbing and have SPRI printed on the handles in white. Some units have KN08/18, KN09/18 or KN10/18 printed on the handle. Model number 02-71669 is printed on the bottom of the packaging. Read more.

This recall involves Super Jumper 14-foot trampolines, and 14-foot and 16-foot combo trampolines with enclosures sold without reinforcement clamps. The Super Jumper logo is printed on the center of the trampolines' mat. The trampolines have a black mat, gold springs and a blue pad covering the springs. The 14-foot models have six metal legs and the 16-foot combo has eight metal legs. Read more.

This recall involves folding JumpSport mini trampolines. The recalled fitness trampoline models have a hinged, round metal frame with a black fabric jumping surface suspended by bungee cords. Some models were sold with accessories, such as a handlebar or workout videos. The model number is printed on a label on the upper potion of one of the trampoline legs. "JumpSport" and "Fitness Trampoline" are printed on the black fabric jumping surface. This recall involves Life Fitness PowerMill climbers models PMA, PFB, PMD, PFD, PMH, and PFH. The model letters appear at the front of the serial number on the bottom right of the unit, on the inside of the "step-up" support. The climbers were manufactured and distributed from 2014 through 2018. Life Fitness is printed on the side panels of the machines. The climber machines have a moving mechanical staircase (similar to an escalator) with rotating steps between two handrails. Read more.
