Recalls: Boots
This recall involves black jeweled girls’ boots. The boots have a silhouette of a guitar on the outer leg and a guitar-shaped zipper pull on the inner leg. “Hannah Montana” is engraved on the boot outsole and a photo of the singer and show’s character is printed on the box. The boots were sold in girls’ sizes 10 ½ to 4 ½ . No other styles or models are involved in this recall. Read more.
This recall involves the Timberland PRO Direct Attach Steel Toe Boots with model numbers 26002 (wheat nubuck leather), 65016 (wheat nubuck leather), 26038 (black full-grain leather), and 38021 (brown oiled full-grain leather). The model number is printed on a green loop tag on the inside of the boot, just below the size. The boots have a four digit date code ending in 35 and beginning with the numbers 25 through 45 (e.g. 2535, 2635…4535) which can also be found on the loop tag below the model number. Direct Attach Steel Toe boots made in China are not subject to this recall. Read more.
This recall involves Caterpillar brand steel toe logger boots. The boots were sold in women’s and men’s sizes. Women’s boots were sold in black and have stock number P88030. Men’s boots were sold in brown and black and have stock numbers P88033 or P88034. Stock numbers are printed on a label on the tongue of the shoe. The Caterpillar logo and “EH” are also printed on the label. The word “Caterpillar” is printed on the outside of the boots. Read more.
This recall involves the "Ellis" children's boot sold in pre-walk and toddler sizes 3 through 9. The boots are black with white stitching and were sold with either leather or faux fur lining. "See Kai Run" is written on the sole and insole of the boots. . "Ellis – FF" or "Ellis – L" is written on the side of the shoe box under the Style heading. The recalled boots are sold under the Georgia Boot brand name and include style numbers G1623 and G1624. The style numbers appear on sewn-in labels inside the boot. These boots come in brown, rust, beige, and brown Nubuck, which is a light, brushed, full-grain leather, with black or tan nylon mesh and are fully lined with breathable moisture wicking material. The hooks and eyelets are set on steel washers with a rubber sole. The Georgia Boot brand name appears on the outer tongue label and the backstrap webbing. Read more.
The two recalled models of T2X Telemark ski boot can be identified by a dual color ankle cuff and the marking T2X on the outside of each boot (boxes are marked with model numbers: 142045 Men's and 142046). Repaired or replaced product can be identified by a single color cuff: Men's cuff are red, Women's cuff are blue. Read more.
