This recall involves 12 styles of Helly Hansen adult workwear sweatshirts and hoodies. The garments are 100% cotton or 95% cotton and 5% elastane and were sold in all sizes in gray, navy and black. HH workwear is printed on the neck label, and Helly Hansen is printed on a label located on the front right-hand side at the bottom of the garment. The inside seam label displays the size, fiber content and washing instructions. The style number is printed on a tag underneath the inside seam label. This recall involves children's 100% polyester fleece zip-up pajamas and Opalescent Angel Wings Headbands. The pajamas have a hood, two functional front pockets and ribbed wrist and ankle cuffs. The pajamas were sold in children's sizes 2 through 14 in Black Bear, Moose on Red and Buffalo Plaid prints. The pajamas' neck label states "Little Blue House," the size designation and Country of Origin. The recalled pajamas can be identified by tracking numbers 1014970, 1015226, 1016019, 1016490, 1018791, or 1018936. The tracking numbers are located on an inside left side seam label that states "PAL501" followed by the tracking number. The Opalescent Angel Wings Headbands were sold in one size. This recall involves Arizona Jean Co. "Lilac Smoke" girls midweight puffer jackets sold in sizes 4-16 (XXS-XL). Item sub/lot number 302-0223, date code 08/20, RN #93677 and "Arizona Jean Co." are printed on the care label inside of the puffer jacket. Read more.

This recall involves a faux fur mid-weight jacket sold in infant sizes 12 to 24 months. The underside of the jacket's label contains the printed style number C2185125-CT or C218525. Amerex Group is printed on a label underneath the washing instructions label. Read more.

This recall involves OshKosh Baby B'gosh quilted jackets in pink and gray. The style number can be found on the front of the care tag sewn on the inside of the product, and the UPC number can be found on the back of the same care tag. This recall involves kids' waterproof hooded rain ponchos sold in clear, red and blue. The lightweight ponchos were sold in packs of 6 and 12. This recall involves RDG Global girls' olive green-colored hooded sweatshirts with drawstrings inside the lining of the hood. The sweatshirts are polyester and spandex with a sherpa-lined hood. There is an asymmetric zipper on the front of the garment. They were sold in girls' sizes S (6-7), M (8-10), and L (12). A blue size label with "Freshman 1996" and "Made in China" is located at the center back neck of the sweatshirts. Another label in the neck seam has the words RDG Global LLC and VB740 and 8K80375N. The size and "Disney Parks" are printed on the inside back of the hoodie's neck. The Minnie Mouse hoodie is black with ears attached to hood of the sweatshirt. A red fabric bow with white polka dots is attached to the top of the hood, between the ears. The artwork shows a screen print of Minnie's body up to neck. This recall involves Crewcuts brand girls' puffer coats in dark wine (maroon), navy (blue), and sun washed peony (pink) colors. The coats are padded with geometric squares with six buttons down the front of the coat. There is a faux fur trim lining the hood and the coats were sold in girls sizes 2-14. Only coats with style number C9048 and PO numbers: 5055794, 5056319, 50565325, 8053606, 8053098 or 8053603 are included in the recall. The style and PO number are printed on a care label sewn into the inside seam of the coats along with "FA 15" or "HO 15." Read more.
