This recall involves Stabilicers Lite cleats with model number BNX9. The cleats are worn over footwear for traction in winter walking conditions. The recalled cleats were sold in blue, orange, and pink. Black Stabilicers Lite cleats are not included in this recall. The cleats were sold in sizes small through extra large. The name Stabilicers Lite appears in raised letters on the underside of the harness. Read more.

The recalled canopies involve the “Home Sweet Playhome” model made of 100% cotton gingham fabric draped from a bamboo hoop which is suspended from the ceiling to create a cylindrical play space measuring 36 inches wide and 9 feet tall. The canopies have an open bottom, a “door” and three multi-paned “windows.” They were sold in blue and pink. “Home Sweet Playhome” canopies sold after October 2005 are not included in this recall. “The Land of Nod” is printed on a woven label on the canopy. The recalled winter gloves are black-colored and have a battery-powered heating element. The gloves included in the recall are style number 77000 (men’s) in sizes S, M, L, XL, and style number 77010 (women’s) in sizes S, M, L. The recall involves Lane’s Glider Recliners, model numbers 2056 and 2085. Affected recliners have a manufacture date between June 2008 and October 2008. The model number, manufacture date and 9-digit serial number can be located beneath the footrest of the recliner. Read more.

This recall involves oil-fired furnaces sold under the Rheem, Ruud and United Refrigeration brands. Only the models beginning with the model numbers listed in the chart below and with date codes ending in 0106 through 5206, 0107 through 5207, or 0108 through 4808 are included in this recall. The model number and date code (designated by the four digits following an “M” in the middle of the serial number) are printed on the unit’s rating plate, which is on the left wall of the furnace’s interior just above the burner. The rating plate can be found by opening the unit’s burner access door, which has slotted openings. Read more.

The recalled trainers are a stationary frame that allows bicycles to be converted into stationary bicycles. The recalled models include: CycleOps Pro Series Trainer models 9014 (SuperMagneto Pro), 9331 (JetFluid Pro), 9460 (PowerBeam Pro), 9321 (JetFluid Pro Winter Training Kit), and 9322 (SuperMagneto Pro Winter Training Kit) without the secondary locking pin. The recalled Infantino Lamb and Lion Grabby Rattles™ are shaped like a lamb and lion respectively. Each has a ring-shaped body and an Infantino elliptical logo stamped on the front right foot of the animal. Rattles without tails on the animals and products with production codes of 0108 and 0508 are not affected by this recall. The production code is printed behind the ear in a dial format with the year (08) in the middle of a circle and an arrow pointing to the number on the circle (01 or 05) that indicates the month. This recall involves 2009 TCR Advanced SL Team, SL 0, SL 1, SL 2, and SL (ISP) model bicycles and frames in silver, charcoal, blue and red. The words “Giant” and “TCR Advanced SL” are printed on the frame. Steerer tubes with “B”, “N” or “P” at the end of the serial number are not included in this recall. The recalled product is a rolling xylophone made of metal, wood and plastic. It has four wheels and a string to pull the toy. The xylophone has eight metal bars, each of which is attached with two pegs. The name ‘Janod’ is printed on each side between the wheels, and on the back wheels. Read more.

This recall involves Ryobi corded circular saws with the following model numbers: CSB123, CSB133L, and CSB142LZ. Circular saws included in this recall have manufacturing date codes between 0836 and 0842 on the data plate near the trigger handle of the saw. Circular saws with a green dot on or near the data plate and on the outside of the package are not subject to this recall. Read more.

This recall involves the Milan Vanity Stool Model GBS57A. The stools are rectangular benches sitting about 18 inches off the ground, with fabric-covered seat cushions and metal frames. UPC Code 0-50276-85472-2 is printed on the identification tag on the underside of the seat cushion. Only stools using four screws to hold the stool legs to a foot ring are impacted by this recall. This recall involves four styles of shades, the “Canvass Roman Shade” available in four different sizes (4’x 6’, 5’x 6’, 2.5’ x 6’ and 3’x 6’) with sku numbers 376983, 376984, 376985, 384870; the “Sari Roman Shade” available in two colors (berry and chocolate) with sku numbers 394700, 394701; and the “Buddha or Floral Matchstick Blinds” sku numbers 407376, and 407221. A small tag on the back of the Canvass and Sari Roman Shades states “World Market© Cost Plus, Inc., Oakland, CA 94607, Made in India, 100% Cotton.” In addition, this recall involves other styles of wooden roll-up blinds, with or without valances, that have the following SKU numbers: 404991, 404992, 404993, 400742, 499743, 400744, 400745, 400746 and 358064, 358065, 358066, 358067, 358068. This recall involves Stork Craft Baby cribs and Stork Craft cribs with the Fisher-Price logo. All Stork Craft Baby cribs with manufacturing and distribution dates between May 2000 and November 2008 are included in this recall. All Stork Craft cribs with the Fisher-Price logo have distribution dates between May 2000 and December 2004. The cribs were sold in various styles and finishes. The manufacture date, model number, crib name, country of origin, and the firm’s name, address, and contact information are located on the assembly instruction sheet attached to the mattress support board. The firm’s insignia “Storkcraft baby” or “storkling” is inscribed on the drop side teething rail of some cribs. In the product that contains the “Fisher-Price” logo, this logo can be found on the crib’s teething rail, in the manufacturer’s instructions, on the assembly instruction sheet attached to the mattress support board, and on the end panels of the Twinkle-Twinkle and Crystal crib models. The July 2008 recall involved two Taggies™ Sleep ‘n Play style infant garments: the Butterfly Applique' and the Fun Dog Print. Subsequent to the recall, two additional Taggies Sleep ‘n Play styles, manufactured before July 1, 2008, were identified as also having snap issues. The recall has now been expanded to involve the Dinosaur Applique' and the Pink Toss Print styles. The infant garments are one piece footed coveralls with snaps down the front. These garments were sold in sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months, and 6-9 months. RN #27829 is printed on the care label sewn into the garment. Style numbers are printed on the hangtag of the garments. The recall involves RockShox Domain 302 and 318 bicycle forks with steel steerer sold for installation on new bicycles. Only those forks manufactured between March 2008 and October 2008 with dates codes 09T8 through 42T8 are included in this recall. The date code is located on the back of the fork crown and on the lower leg. The RockShox Domain fork was installed on Transition Bottle Rocket bicycles, and may have been installed on Rocky Mountain Flatline 1, Rocky Mountain Slayer SS350, and Rocky Mountain Slayer SS396 bicycles.
