This recall involves three models, the F1, F3 and F7. The F1 model is a single-speed folding bike which came in matte black and can be identified by the "F1" on the top tube. This recall involves model year 2015 and 2016 KTM brand Freeride 250R motorcycles with 250cc and 2-cycle engines. The recalled KTM motorcycles are orange and black with the KTM logo on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. The engine size is printed on both sides of the rear fender below the rear of the seat. Model year 2015 motorcycles have the letter F in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). This recall involves the Martha Stewart Collection 10-piece stainless steel cookware sets, which include an 8-inch and a 10-inch stainless steel frying pans. The frying pans have two rivets that attach the frying pan to the handle. The rivets have stainless steel discs on top of them. Carrier Recalls to Repair Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps Including Previously Recalled Units Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) and Packaged Terminal Heat Pumps (PTHP) sold under the Bryant, Carrier and Fast brand names. Recalled units include those with original power cords and those that received a supplemental power cord as part of the 2007 recall. The recalled units have capacities of 7,000; 9,000; 12,000 and 15,000 BTUs and plug into 208/230-volt, 20-amp outlets. The recall affects John Snowball, Esq., Tealight Holders. The tealight holder is a snowball-shaped character with a wire monocle on his right eye, a cigar in his mouth and a black top hat with a yellow band above the brim on his head. Tealight holder measures 4.5" x 4.5" x 6." There is a hole in the back of the item to hold the tealight. Clear stickers with Victorian Trading Company logo are on the bottom of the tealight holders. The recalled bean bag chairs have zippers that can be opened and were sold in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors and fabrics. They include round or L-shaped, vinyl or fabric, and are filled with polystyrene foam beads. They were sold in a variety of colors, including purple, violet, blue, red, pink, yellow, Kelly green, black, port, navy, lime, royal blue, turquoise, tangerine and multi-color. The round bean bag chairs were sold in three sizes, 30, 32 and 40 inches in diameter. The L-shaped bean bag chair measures 18 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 30 inches high. This recall involves 43 models of Casablanca ceiling fans manufactured in 2013 and 2014. Casablanca fan styles including: Alessandria, Aris, Bel Air, Bullet, Caneel Bay, Heritage, Isotope, Riello, Stealth, Tercera, Trident, Whitman and Zudio. Affected models have a gold label on top of the motor housing that includes "Casablanca" and a model number. Some Casablanca models also have the Casablanca logo on the switch housing or on the end of the pull chain. The production date code is a four-digit code on top of the motor housing near the center down rod. Fans with a Cat. No. "A01", the last two digits of the four-digit date code ending in "13" or "14" and no green dot on top of the motor housing are included in the recall. The recall includes all models of Splash! lifts with manufacturing dates between January 2013 and September 2015, PAL Hi/Lo lifts with model numbers 250-0000, 250-0005 and 250-0005K and Spa model 275-0000 with manufacturing dates between December 2014 and September 2015. The mobile also has a projector on the top of the mobile that projects stars on the ceiling and plays eight nursery lullabies. The dangling stuffed animals on the mobile include a yellow and gray giraffe, a green turtle with a gray and white polka-dot shell, a brown and tan monkey and a gray and white striped owl. This recall involves JHBL LED light fixtures manufactured between August 2014 and June 20, 2015. Manufacture dates are located on the product label near the top of the light fixture. The light fixtures measure 16 inches high by 22 inches wide and weigh about 40 pounds. The fixtures are painted white die castings with raised heat dissipating fins every 2 inches. The lower die casting with fins is approximately 4 inches from the driver compartment box. Units shipped after June 20, 2015 are not included in the recall. Read more.

This recall involves 14 watt LED wet location PAR38 lamps sold under the TCP and Great Value Brand names. These lamps are white and produce a soft white (3000 Kelvin) or bright white (5000 Kelvin) color temperature. Recalled units have an item number of "L14P38D30KFL", "L14P38D50KFL", "RLP381430WL" or "GVRLP381430WL" and the date code printed directly on the white plastic heat sink of the lamp, just above the screw in base.
