The charms are small silver-colored metal shapes that include flowers, bugs, pumpkins, and picture frames. "Art Accentz," "Changlz," "Provo Craft," and "For ages 3 and over" are printed on the charm's packaging. The recalled sweatshirts have a black dog on the front and are sold in youth sizes up to size 12 with drawstrings through the hood. Sweatshirt colors include navy blue, gray, red, pink, black or oatmeal. "The Black Dog," "Est. 71," or "The Black Dog/Martha's Vineyard" are printed on the back of some of the sweatshirts. A tag sewn on the inside of the garment reads, "The Black Dog." Style numbers are K086, K088, K090, K062, or K063 are printed on the garment's hang tag. Read more.
The recalled garments are various color jackets, coats, sweatshirts and sweaters sold in youth sizes up to size 12 with drawstrings through the hood. Many of the sweatshirts have the names of colleges and universities written on them. A tag sewn on the garment reads, "Steve & Barry's Quality Athletic Goods." The style numbers are 15178, 16105, 16168, 16230, 16231, 16257, 16509, 17197, 17285 and 18346, which is written on a collar or side label. Read more.
The recalled jackets are black or gray, and were sold in youth sizes up to size 20. "HurleyCo" is stitched on the upper left outside of the jacket. The style number BJ06GS is printed on a label sewn inside the left side seam of the jacket. Read more.
The two recalled models of T2X Telemark ski boot can be identified by a dual color ankle cuff and the marking T2X on the outside of each boot (boxes are marked with model numbers: 142045 Men's and 142046). Repaired or replaced product can be identified by a single color cuff: Men's cuff are red, Women's cuff are blue. Read more.
The recalled pajama sets include a tank top and a pair of shorts. Made of a polyester and cotton blend, the pajamas were sold in four colors: green, fuchsia, light blue and light pink in sizes extra small through extra large. The pajama tops have a large, rubber decal of one or more monkeys on the front, and the bottoms have a monkey print on them. A label on the inside of the garment reads, "Bobby by BobbyJack." The recalled sweatshirts were sold in navy and burgundy, and in youth sizes (S, M. L, and XL). The RN Number is 90614, which is located on the collar tag. "A.P.C.O." is a label stitched on the inside of the hood and "Artic Zone" is stitched on the outside of the sweatshirt. Read more.
Only Reebok fleece pullover/pant sets with navy blue quarter-zip zippers are being recalled. The fleece pullover/pant sets were sold in navy blue/red and navy blue/pink in sizes up to children's size 7. "Reebok" is printed across the front of the pullover. The pullovers have a hood that can be folded under the collar. Some of the recalled pullovers were sold with matching mittens. The style numbers were printed on the store tag only and end in: 1816, 2816, 3816, 1816N, 2816N, 1814, 2814, 4814, and 5814. Read more.

The purse necklace and earring set features a dangling purse charm in black, red, blue, orange, pink or purple. The corded swirl necklace and earring set features a twisted metal swirl pattern hanging from a black, blue or purple cord. The faux amber necklace and earring set features a large faux amber gem cut in a heart or cross shape. The 5-strand bead necklace and earring set were sold in four color variations: orange, purple, blue and multi-color. Read more.
