Recalls: Clothing and Accessories
The recalled youth hooded fleece garments have drawstrings. They were sold in a variety of colors and many of them have the names of colleges and universities printed or embroidered on them. A sewn-in tag reads, "Lil Fan" or "LF 2." Read more.
The recall involves the Silk Kimono Top, sold as catalog/Web site item number 194-860. This is a two-piece garment with a kimono outer shell and an orange inner camisole. The outer shell's sewn in label states the following: "Single, 100% Silk, RN 80763, Made In USA, Dry Clean Only." A separate label shows the item number 194-860. The Silk Kimono Tops were sold in paisley print pattern with metallic threads. Read more.
The charms are small silver-colored metal shapes that include flowers, bugs, pumpkins, and picture frames. "Art Accentz," "Changlz," "Provo Craft," and "For ages 3 and over" are printed on the charm's packaging. The recalled sweatshirts have a black dog on the front and are sold in youth sizes up to size 12 with drawstrings through the hood. Sweatshirt colors include navy blue, gray, red, pink, black or oatmeal. "The Black Dog," "Est. 71," or "The Black Dog/Martha's Vineyard" are printed on the back of some of the sweatshirts. The recalled garments are various color jackets, coats, sweatshirts and sweaters sold in youth sizes up to size 12 with drawstrings through the hood. Many of the sweatshirts have the names of colleges and universities written on them. A tag sewn on the garment reads, "Steve & Barry's Quality Athletic Goods." The recalled jackets are black or gray, and were sold in youth sizes up to size 20. "HurleyCo" is stitched on the upper left outside of the jacket. The style number BJ06GS is printed on a label sewn inside the left side seam of the jacket. Read more.
The two recalled models of T2X Telemark ski boot can be identified by a dual color ankle cuff and the marking T2X on the outside of each boot (boxes are marked with model numbers: 142045 Men's and 142046). Repaired or replaced product can be identified by a single color cuff: Men's cuff are red, Women's cuff are blue. Read more.
The recalled pajama sets include a tank top and a pair of shorts. Made of a polyester and cotton blend, the pajamas were sold in four colors: green, fuchsia, light blue and light pink in sizes extra small through extra large. The pajama tops have a large, rubber decal of one or more monkeys on the front, and the bottoms have a monkey print on them. A label on the inside of the garment reads, "Bobby by BobbyJack."
