The hooded, long sleeve sweatshirts have full-length zippers and drawstrings along the neck line. The products are sold under the Seattle Cotton Works brand in six different designs. February 4, 2009 Children's Hooded Sweatshirts Recalled by Jerry Leigh of California Due to Strangulation Hazard

This recall involves the Harajuku Lovers Hooded Jackets with the RSL Hoodie & Lovers Leopard styles. The RSL Hoodie style has numerous pictures of girls riding motor scooters and the words “ready steady love” printed on it. The Lovers Leopard style has a leopard design in grey and black.“Harajuku Lovers” is printed on a tag sawn next to the care label. Read more.


January 6, 2009 Children's Hooded Jackets with Drawstrings Recalled by Ms. Bubbles Inc. Due to Strangulation Hazard

The recalled blue denim jackets have a white terrycloth underlay lining and drawstring. The jackets were sold in children’s sizes medium (7-10), large (11-14) and x-large (15-16). Style numbers BF1400 K and BF1400 KP are printed on the hang tag attached to the garment. Read more.

September 2, 2008 Hooded Sweaters Recalled by Empress Arts; Children Can Strangle on Drawstrings

The cotton knit sweaters are cream colored with a blue stripe at the wrists and waist, a blue ball on the hood, and blue buttons. There is a drawstring through the hood with pom-poms at the ends. The recalled garments were sold in children’s sizes small, medium and large in the following colors: white, ivory, red, black, navy, brown, green, charcoal, blue, and pink. “BAC” is printed on the sewn-in tag on some of the garments. “Breckenridge”, “Keystone”, “Jackson Hole”, “Vail”, “Steamboat”, and “Mackinac Island” is printed on the front of the garments. This recall involves the short sleeve hoodie (Item number 11188SG) and the Long sleeve hoodie (Item number 11218LG). The short sleeve hoodie has “Request” printed all over and was sold in olive green and light blue.
