April 25, 2006 Rocky Shoes & Boots, Inc. Recall of Men's Safety-Toe Hiker Boots

The recalled boots are sold under the Georgia Boot brand name and include style numbers G1623 and G1624. The style numbers appear on sewn-in labels inside the boot. These boots come in brown, rust, beige, and brown Nubuck, which is a light, brushed, full-grain leather, with black or tan nylon mesh and are fully lined with breathable moisture wicking material. The hooks and eyelets are set on steel washers with a rubber sole. The Georgia Boot brand name appears on the outer tongue label and the backstrap webbing. Read more.


December 16, 2005 Black Diamond Equipment Recall of Scarpa T2X Telemark Ski Boots

The two recalled models of T2X Telemark ski boot can be identified by a dual color ankle cuff and the marking T2X on the outside of each boot (boxes are marked with model numbers: 142045 Men's and 142046). Repaired or replaced product can be identified by a single color cuff: Men's cuff are red, Women's cuff are blue. Read more.


August 12, 2005 The Gymboree Corp. Recall of Baby Sandals

This recall includes the Caroline Flower Baby Sandal with SKU number 140002069 sold in sizes 1 to 8. The SKU number is printed on the price tag above the bar code. The sandal has a white upper sole and a cork covered outer sole. A white decorative plastic flower is attached to the top of the front strap. The front and back strap have adjustable touch fasteners. The name "Gymboree" is printed in aqua on the sole of the sandal. Read more.



December 2, 2004 Target Corp. Recall of Suede Sandals

The Mossimo thong sandals have beads and shells sewn onto the straps. The sandals were sold in beige or brown suede in sizes ranging from 5 to 10, whole sizes only. "Mossimo" is engraved on the inner sole, and the size of the sandal is printed on a clear label affixed to the side. Read more.
