Customers who purchased custom rooms built with IR panels can check for the words "Saunalogic," "Infralogic," "Carbonflex," or "Tylö" on their control panel or locate their product manual. Customers who purchased pre-configured infrared sauna rooms can identify their product by the brand badge on the front frame panel, the control panel, the manual or the logo handle. The Halmstad 2, 3 and 4 sauna rooms have the serial number label located beneath the upper bench on the left side, directly above the electrical contactor box. This recall involves all heating pads and heated blankets sold by JKMax, including models JKMAX-002, JKMAX-7284B, JKMAX-6284B, JKMAX-10090B, JKMAX-8490B and JKMAX-6284B. The heated blankets and heating pads are blue, gray, brown or red. They are made of polyester fabric and are machine washable. The blankets and pads were sold in multiple sizes, and both have a detachable white remote that can be used to adjust the heat. The dual-sided, rechargeable hand warmers were sold in varying colors and designs, in packs of two warmers that can magnetically be joined and with a charging cable. The hand warmers have a USB-C port to charge the built-in lithium-ion batteries in each unit. The adjustable-heat hand warmers have LED indicator lights on the hard plastic shell and a silicone lanyard. "OCOOPA" is printed on the top of the hand warmers and on the product packaging.
