This recall involves blister packages of prescription medications Sandimmune® (cyclosporine capsules, USP) 100 mg soft gelatin capsules and Neoral® (cyclosporine capsules, USP) MODIFIED 100 mg soft gelatin capsules from Novartis. Packages of Sandimmune 100 mg contain three blister cards with ten soft gelatin capsules per card and packages of Neoral 100 mg contain five blister cards with six soft gelatin capsules per card. The recalled blister packages have "Novartis," the name of the medication, dosage, NDC, lot number and expiration date on the outer package and on the blister cards. This recall involves Contigo Kids Cleanable water bottles and replacement lids that were given to consumers as part of the August 2019 recall of this product. The base and cover of the clear silicone spout will always be BLACK. Only black colored spout base and spout cover models are included in this recall. Contigo is printed on the rim and along the front near the bottom of the bottle. The water bottles come in three sizes (13 ounce, 14 ounce and 20 ounce) and four colors (solid color, graphics, stainless steel and stainless steel solid colors). This recall includes all 2-, 4-, 8-, and 16-fluid-ounce amber glass bottles of Sun Essential Oils, Wintergreen sold prior to April 12, 2019. The label on each bottle displays the Sun Essential Oils logo, an image of an American Wintergreen plant, states "Wintergreen," and lists the size of the container. Read more.

This recall involves the Libbey Glass 33.5 oz. Milk Bottles. They are clear colorless glass bottles with no markings that measure about 8½ inches in height by 3¼ inches in width at the base. The recalled bottles can be identified by their original packaging. Bottle cartons with item number 92129 and manufacturing dates of either August 15, 2019 or August 31, 2019. If your establishment received these bottles after August 15, 2019, contact your distributor to determine if you received affected bottles. Read more.

This recall involves Holiday Travel mugs with lids. They have a decal with "Let it Snow" or "Merry and Bright" in gold metallic lettering. The bottom portion of the mugs is red or green and the top half portion is white. The lids are black. They measure 7 inches tall. "Microwave safe" is written on the backstamp under the glaze and on the wrap band. Read more.

This recall includes all 10-, 30- and 60-mililiter amber glass bottles of wintergreen and birch essential oils sold prior to April 15, 2019. This recall includes all 1- and 2-ounce clear glass bottles of wintergreen and birch essential oils purchased prior to April 15, 2019. The label on each bottle displays Artizen Oils' logo and the name of the product. Read more.

This recall involves Majestic Pure Wintergreen essential oil. "Majestic Pure" Logo Wintergreen essential oil 100% Pure and Natural Therapeutic Grade is written on the front of the brown bottle. The side panel ingredients specifically mentions "Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbent) essential oil. Steam distilled." It also states safety recommendations, directions and storage guidelines. The recalled Nature's Truth wintergreen 100% pure essential oil is in a 1/2 fl. oz. (15 ml) glass amber dropper bottle. It has a black cap and a yellow, pink and green label with Nature's Truth Aromatherapy Wintergreen 100% Pure Stimulation Essential Oil printed on the front. Product number NT6446, UPC code 840093103130 and lot number 13810, 13985, 14540, 16013, 23517, 28581 or 29929 are printed on the back of the product. Read more.

This recall involves TriDerma Pain Relief Cream with 4% Lidocaine in a jar and tube. The 4 ounce jar is white with a lime green and pink printed label and has a white dome cap. The 2.2 ounce tube is white with a lime green and pink printed label. The lot numbers and expiration dates of the affected products can be found on the bottom of the jar and on the front of the crimped end of the tube. "TriDerma Pain Relief Cream" is printed on the jar and tube.
