April 19, 2018 Base Brands Recalls Water Bottles Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Base Brands children's Reduce Hydro Pro Furry Friends water bottles. The stainless steel insulated, 14 ounce water bottles were sold in a pack of two bottles: a pink bottle with a character of a bear face and a gray bottle with the character of a lamb head. February 6, 2018 Tiffany & Co. Recalls Crystal Mugs Due to Burn and Laceration Hazards (Recall Alert)

The recall involves the 11 ounce Wheat Leaf crystal glass mugs. The mugs measure about 3.5 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter, with a handle. They are clear with a wheat leaf pattern etched into the glass. The mugs have a blue sticker stating "TIFFANY & CO. Made in Slovenia. CRYSTAL GLASS." November 29, 2017 Libbey Glass Recalls Bourbon Glasses Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves 8 oz. Bourbon Taster Glasses. The glasses are made of clear, colorless glass and measure about 3 7/8 inches tall. The glasses have one of three logos laser-etched on the bottom of the glass: "Kentucky Bourbon Trail," "Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tours" or "SIV". October 3, 2017 Playtex Recalls Children's Plates and Bowls Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves Playtex plates and bowls for children. The plates have various printed designs including cars, construction scenes, giraffes, princesses, superheroes and more. The white polypropylene plates and bowls also have a colored rim on top and a non-slip bottom. Playtex is written on the bottom of the plates and bowls. The plates and bowls were sold separately and together as sets. A Mealtime set is comprised of a plate, a bowl, two utensils and a cup. Read more.
