Recalls: Cookware and Tableware

This recall involves WIC nutrition plates which illustrate the recommended distribution of the food groups. The plates contain dividers that include labels and colorful pictures showing the portion sizes for protein, grains, vegetables, fruits, and dairy. The plates are 12 inches long x 9 inches wide. The back of WIC Nutrition Plate has the safety label, Brush Art website and logo, date code of 7-18 and location of manufacture. This recall involves H-E-B's Kitchen & Table 5.5 qt. Sauté Pans with glass lids. The affected products were sold in red and gray. There is a Kitchen & Table logo and production date code on the bottom of the pans. Only pans with a date code from 05/2018 through 12/2018 are included in the recall. Read more.

This recall involves Crate and Barrel's Holiday Bear Acrylic Milk Bottle. The clear acrylic bottle measures 5.5 inches tall and 2.75 inches wide at the base and has a removable plastic straw. A graphic of a bear in a red sweater is printed on the wide part of the bottle. Read more.

This recall involves the Academy Sports + Outdoors Outdoor Gourmet Turkey Keg which is a turkey fryer made of stainless steel and powered by propane. The fryer, including the legs, measures 34 inches high by 17 inches wide. The item number is 157826 and is located on a label on one of the four legs. Read more.

This recall involves Base Brands children's Reduce Hydro Pro Furry Friends water bottles. The stainless steel insulated, 14 ounce water bottles were sold in a pack of two bottles: a pink bottle with a character of a bear face and a gray bottle with the character of a lamb head. The recall involves the 11 ounce Wheat Leaf crystal glass mugs. The mugs measure about 3.5 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter, with a handle. They are clear with a wheat leaf pattern etched into the glass. The mugs have a blue sticker stating "TIFFANY & CO. Made in Slovenia. CRYSTAL GLASS." "TIFFANY & CO. 13559" appears on the bottom of the mugs. Read more.

This recall involves 8 oz. Bourbon Taster Glasses. The glasses are made of clear, colorless glass and measure about 3 7/8 inches tall. The glasses have one of three logos laser-etched on the bottom of the glass: "Kentucky Bourbon Trail," "Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tours" or "SIV". The glasses were sold in boxed sets of four glasses and also sold individually. Read more.

This recall involves Playtex plates and bowls for children. The plates have various printed designs including cars, construction scenes, giraffes, princesses, superheroes and more. The white polypropylene plates and bowls also have a colored rim on top and a non-slip bottom. Playtex is written on the bottom of the plates and bowls. The plates and bowls were sold separately and together as sets. A Mealtime set is comprised of a plate, a bowl, two utensils and a cup. Read more.

This recall involves 16.9-ounce (500 ml) glass beer mugs. The mugs have a label attached to the side of the mug that reads: "Handmade in Poland." A second label on the bottom of the mug has the HomeGoods style number 069386. Read more.

This recall involves the Pier 1 Imports Chalk Note Mugs that can be written on with chalk. The stoneware mugs were sold in black and measure 5.25 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter. "Stoneware" and "Pier 1 Imports" are printed on the bottom of the mug. Read more.
