June 6, 2013 IKEA Recalls LYDA Jumbo Coffee/Tea Cups Due to Burn Hazard

This recall involves IKEA's LYDA jumbo coffee/tea cups. The 20-ounce cups are four inches tall and are white with a pink rose and green leaves. Printed on the bottom of the cup is the following information: Model number 302.033.7; Supplier number 10866; the IKEA logo; the words "IKEA of Sweden Design and Quality," and "Made in Thailand." May 30, 2013 Teavana Recalls Glass Tea Tumblers Due To Laceration and Burn Hazards

The glass tea tumblers are double-walled beverage glasses. Most models have removable stainless steel tea infuser baskets, removable lids, and ornamental etchings on the inner wall. The tumblers were packaged in color-coordinated cylindrical packages with the SKU number and UPC code found on a sticker on the bottom of the package. Some of the models with a lid were sold as part of a tea gift set. Only one model was sold without a lid or tea infuser basket and was sold in a set of four glasses. December 4, 2012 Home Depot Recalls Homer's All-Purpose Bucket Mug Due to Fire Hazard

The recalled product is an orange ceramic mug about 4.5 inches tall with a large vertical cup handle on the side. The mug has the words "The Home Depot," "Homer's All-purpose Bucket" and a cartoon character with a utility bucket on the front. A silver-colored simulated bucket handle is just below the rim. November 28, 2012 Kirkland Signature Saute Pans with Glass Lids Sold at Costco Recalled by Meyer Marketing Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves Kirkland Signature six-quart, black, hard-anodized aluminum sauté pans with glass lids. The tempered glass lids have a stainless steel rim and handle. The pan is about 3 inches deep and the pan and lid each measure about 12 inches in diameter. “Kirkland Signature,” “6 QT/5.6 L” and “Made in Thailand” are printed on the bottom of the sauté pan. May 17, 2012 Circulon 13-Piece Cookware Set Recalled by Meyer Corporation Due to Laceration Hazard from Glass Lid

The defective lid is 11 inches in diameter with a rubber and stainless steel handle and a metal rim. The code “IMCP1108” is stamped on the outside of the metal rim. The lid is part of the 13-Piece Circulon Premier Professional cookware set. The cookware is aluminum and stainless steel with rubber and stainless steel handles. In addition to the covered sauté pan, the sets include: 1-quart and 3-quart saucepans, a 4-quart saucepot, an 8-quart stockpot, 8.5-, 10- and 12-inch French skillets and four additional glass lids.
