December 9, 2020 Goal Zero Recalls Power Supplies Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves all Yeti 25A Fast Charge power supplies with model number 98080. The power supply is an accessory to and is used for faster recharging of Goal Zero's Yeti power stations. It comes with a standard 100-240v AC power input plug and a 15.6v High Power Port power output plug. The model number can be found on the first line of the specifications on the product label. The Goal Zero logo and "Yeti 25A Fast Charge" can be found on top of the power supply box. Read more.


November 25, 2020 Towsleys Recalls 3-in-1 Qi Wireless Chargers, Power Banks and Travel Chargers Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves the 3-in-1 Qi wireless chargers, 6700 mAh power banks and travel wall chargers distributed to employees through a corporate redemption program. The white square power bank includes a two-pronged section that plugs into the wall and 3 USB type plugs on the other side. The product is also capable of wireless charging. An Acuity heart logo is printed on the front of the charger/power banks. Read more.


November 4, 2020 Coulter Ventures Recalls Rogue Home Timers Due to Fire Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Rogue Fitness

This recall involves the Rogue Home Timer. The timer is used to time exercise duration and rounds. The timer is in a black plastic case with "ROGUE" printed in white on the lower left hand corner. The timer measures about 13 inches long by 4 inches high by 1 ⅝ inches deep. Read more.


October 28, 2020 Schneider Electric Recalls Surgeloc™ Surge Protection Devices Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Schneider Electric Surgeloc Surge Protection Devices. The 3-wire and 4-wire devices are primarily installed in commercial/industrial applications and may include some residential applications. They are black rectangular-shaped devices with a green plastic rimmed meter and a white label with "Square D by Schneider Electric," with the date code and the catalog number on the front. The recalled devices were manufactured from January 1, 2013 (date code 13011) through August 24, 2020 (date code 20352). The date codes are in the YYWWD format (example: 20452 = year 2020, week 45, day 2 Monday; the day is optional). The date code is located on the front of the device. This recall involves Endliss Technology Trianium battery phone cases for all types of mobile phones. The cases were sold in black, gray, white and pink colors. "Trianium" is written on the back of the case. There are 17 different model numbers included in this recall. September 16, 2020 Monoprice Recalls Ethernet Cables Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves the Monoprice Category 6 Ethernet Bulk CMR Communications cable. It is designed to prevent fires from spreading between floors through risers and vertical shafts. They contain 100% pure copper wire and are primarily used to wire your home or office for a high-speed network. The cables were sold in a variety of colors including yellow, white, blue, black, red, orange, gray, pink and purple. The cables came in various lengths including 250, 500 and 1000 foot spools. The cable has (UL) E467139 23AWGX4P CMR CAT6 UTP RoHS Compliance XXXXFT, (UL) E333346 23AWGX4P CMR CAT6 UTP RoHS Compliance XXXXFT or (UL) E339722 23AWGX4P CMR CAT6 UTP RoHS Compliance XXXXFT printed on the surface. June 17, 2020 Republic Wireless Recalls Relay Charging Cables Due to Overheating and Burn Hazards

The recalled charging cables were sold individually and with some Relay Screenless Communication devices. The cables are three feet long with a USB Type-A male connector on one end and a charging head on the opposite end. The charging head has a 5 pin pattern (5 in-line "pogo" pins) that allows it to charge Republic's Relay device. The charging head has a magnet that aids in mating the pins on the charging head with the contacts on the device. Affected charging cables do not have the Relay logo on the back of the portion of the charging head that connects to the Relay device. This recall only applies to cables sold with some Relay devices and cables sold separately from May 2018 through May 2019. After October 2018, Relay devices were manufactured and packaged with cables containing additional circuitry in the charging head to address the overheating risk. Read more.

This recall involves the power adapter sold with Epson V-series (V30/V33/V37/V300/V330/V370) scanners. The recalled adapters are black with a power cord that connects to the scanner and to an electrical outlet. "EPSON" and internal part code "EADP-16CB B" are printed on the label of the adapter. This battery pack was sold individually, and also within Classroom Kits and GoPiGo and BrickPi robotic bundles. It is a 9.6V 2000Ah NiMH battery pack with Max Charge Current 2A and is wrapped in black plastic. "Dexter Industries Rechargeable Battery Pack" is printed on a white label on the battery pack.
