Recalls: Fuel Storage
This recall involves BRS Fuel Bottles, portable liquid fuel bottles sold in 530mL, 750mL and 1000mL sizes manufactured prior to July 2023. The bottles are orange with a black cap and white text. "BRS," "fuel bottle," and the bottle's volume warnings and/or directions appear in white lettering on the bottle's surface. Read more.
This recall involves the RegO 302 Series Compact Regulators with dates codes between 09/22 and 02/23. Regulators with the date code 21/22 are also included in this recall. The date codes are stamped on the back of the metal regulators. The regulators are designed for liquefied petroleum gas (i.e., propane) tanks for outdoor grills, heaters and fireplaces. Read more.
This recall involves under-odorized propane (LP) gas delivered to consumers' storage tanks or sold at retail locations in portable cylinders (for use in recreational vehicles, barbeques, stoves and other appliances). Propane tanks that have been inspected for the level of odorant or have been refilled after November 2017 are not affected. Read more.
This recall involves Flame King, Little Kamper and U-Haul refillable propane cylinders used with outdoor appliances. The serial numbers are printed on the foot ring of the cylinder. The brand logo and size is printed on the front of the cylinder. The FLEX-INGâ„¢ FLEX-ON hardwall curb hose is 1 inch in diameter ranging in lengths from 9 inches to 100 feet, including various made-to-order lengths, with fixed and swivel fittings. The product is used in conjunction with the gas station nozzle to dispense or transfer refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends and biodiesel blends (up to E15). The recalled hoses come in black, green, blue, yellow or red. A date code of M1014 through M3014 in WWYY format, is on the fitting with model numbers starting with FLHFR3XX XXX or FLXHW3XX XXX. On the products with a fixed fitting, the model number is on a label on the crimp ferrule. On products with a swivel fitting, the model number can be found on the label of the box in which it was shipped. "FLEX-INGâ„¢ FLEX-ON" or "FLEXSTEEL FUTURA" are printed on the hoses. Read more.
The recalled Manchester Tank & Equipment Company cylinders included in the recall were manufactured January through September 2012. The date of manufacture is printed on the collar by month and year, so "6 * 12" represents June 2012. The name Manchester and the water capacity "WC238#" are also pressed into the collar. These gray 100-pound DOT propane cylinders measure about 41" high and about 15" in diameter. Manchester 100-pound propane cylinders with a green dot on the hand-wheel on the top of the cylinder are not included in the recall.

The cylinders contain propylene gas and are used for soldering, brazing, cutting and welding. They contain 14.1 oz Map-Pro, 14.1 oz Propylene or 16 oz MAPP (Methyl Acetylene Propadiene Stabilized). The cylinders are approximately 3” in diameter and 11” tall and are either yellow or black in color. They were sold alone and in kits that include a torch and a cylinder. This recall involves odorized propane gas delivered for storage tanks or sold in portable cylinders between February 25, 2010 and September 30, 2010. If the storage tank has been refilled or if the consumer has received additional propane since September 30, 2010, such propane is not included in this recall. Read more.
The 5-gallon gas cans are made from heavy-duty red plastic and carry date codes AIP09202 through AIP09222. The date code is located on the bottom of the can. Not all cans in this date range are affected. Read more.
