The washers were sold in white, black, champagne, and ivory colors and include model series WA49B, WA50B, WA51A, WA52A, WA54A, and WA55A. The model and serial numbers are found on the washer's label attached to the inside of the top lid. An additional label is located on the rear of the washer. The recall involves SIMU DMI6 Hz Motors sold with and used to open and retract awnings and shutters. The motor is silver with some black color. "Simu" and the model name are printed on a label on the side of the motor. This recall involves JacuzziJ-200, J-300, J-400 and J-500 collection hot tubs and Sundance Spas 680, 780, 880 and 980 Series spas. The model number and serial number are engraved into a silver plate in the equipment bay of the hot tub. This recall involves Ortal's direct vent gas fireplaces installed by professionals, with model names Traditional 90 (TR90) and Traditional 110 (TR110) TR. The fireplaces have a black finish and run on natural gas and propane gas. Model TR90 measures about 43.5 inches wide, 37.5 inches high and 24.5 inches deep; and model TR110 measures about 48.5 inches wide, 37.5 inches high and 24.5 inches deep. This recall involves 6500-watt and 8000-watt Generac portable generators with unit type numbers XT8000E XT8000EFI, GP6500, GP6500E, GP8000E and HomeLink 6500E portable generators, and DR models PRO 6500M and PRO 6500E portable generators. This recall also involves all of these generators listed above purchased after July 29, 2021 through November 3, 2022, containing a repair kit which included full cover handle guards. The generators have gasoline-powered engines that are used to generate electricity for use as backup power. The portable generators have two-wheels and a single, U-shaped, two-grip, flip-up pin-lock handle to help move the generator. Only the following generators are included in this recall. This recall involves BLACK+DECKER ModelHGS011 Easy Garment Steamers with date codes 102ZJ through 210ZJ located on the plug blades. The steamers were sold in a variety of colors. The name BLACK+DECKER is located at the base of the steamer. The steamer measures about 11 inches high by 6 inches wide and has a large handle. The model numbers are printed on the bottom of the steamer and on all sides of the color package, and UPC codes are printed on the sides, back and bottom of the color package.
