July 28, 2022 Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing (formerly Goodman Manufacturing Company, L.P.) Expands Recall of Evaporator Coil Drain Pans to Include Those Installed with Non-Condensing Gas Furnaces Due to Fire Hazard

This recall expands the scope of a previous recall that involved certain evaporator coil drain pans installed with condensing gas furnaces in an up-flow coil configuration. Affected units can be identified through serial numbers found on the evaporator coil or the case, which sits atop the vertically installed furnace. The furnace brand and model number can be found on the furnace on the "Energy Guide" label. This recall involves residential atmospheric gas-fired boilers manufactured from January 28, 2021 through January 12, 2022 and sold under the Laars Mini-Therm JX and Bradford White Brute Mini brand names. This recall involves FLEXIMOUNTS Overhead Garage Storage Racks with model GL44B. The model number GL44B is printed on the box and there is a label with the brand FLEXIMOUNTS on the product. June 16, 2022 TJX Recalls Egg Chairs Due to Fall Hazard; Sold at Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and Homesense Stores

This recall involves nest swing egg chairs sold under the Tommy Bahama and Martha Stewart brands. The chairs have a metal circle base that attaches to a metal pole, from which the oval-shaped wicker chairs hang by hook and chain. The chairs were sold with a round cushion for seating and a hangtag with the brand name "Martha Stewart" or "Tommy Bahama." Eight of the nine styles were also sold with an additional decorative pillow. This recall involves WarmWave and Hunter 18 inch 1,500-Watt Oscillating Ceramic Tower Heaters, under license to Sienhua Group (North America). The heaters are black with an automatic shutoff and two heat settings. The model number HPQ15G-M can be found on the silver ETL label on the bottom of the heater. The heaters are 18 inches tall. June 16, 2022 Schneider Electricâ„¢ Recalls 1.4 Million Electrical Panels Due to Thermal Burn and Fire Hazards

This recall involves indoor, outdoor and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Square D QO Plug-On Neutral Load Centers that were installed in homes, recreational vehicles, or commercial establishments, including restaurants, manufacturing facilities and warehouses, commercial lighting and others. The circuit breaker boxes were sold in gray and come in various sizes (square and rectangular). The recalled circuit breaker boxes were manufactured between February 2020 and January 2022, with date codes between 200561 and 220233. For installed outdoor load centers, the manufacturing date codes are printed on the inside of the cover or door of the unit or on the box itself when the cover or door is open. For installed indoor load centers, a qualified electrician can locate the interior date codes that are not visible to the home owner. Circuit breaker boxes with covers that were manufactured between December 2019 and March 2022 are also included in this recall. June 9, 2022 Spirit Halloween Recalls Black Light Fixtures Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

This recall involves a four-foot Spirit Black Light Fixture & Bulb. The light's housing is black and has a 48-inch black light bulb. A date code 2021/06 is printed on the bottom of the unit. This recall involves Demdaco brand microwavable bowl holders made of cotton and linen fabric. They measure 6.5 inches square for the small bowl holder, 8 inches square for the large bowl holder and were sold in 27 designs.
