This recall involves The First Years American Red Cross cabinet swing locks with item number Y7181. The latches are mounted on cabinets or drawers to help prevent young children from gaining access and were sold two per blister card. An America Red Cross logo and "cabinet swing lock" is printed on the package. "American Red Cross" is molded onto the front of the lock. A date code is printed on the bottom of the back of the package and on the back side of each latch just above the connection point. Read more.
This recall involves Touch Point PTC oscillating ceramic heater with model number PTC-902 and serial numbers between 35005-43008. Model and serial numbers are located on a sticker on the bottom of the heater. The grey/silver colored heaters are about 10 inches tall and have a screen across the front. Read more.
Bosch 1/2 inch 2-Speed Hammer Drill with model number HD19-2, HD19-2D, HD19-2L and 1/2 inch 2-Speed Hammer Drills with model number HD 21-2 are included in this recall. "BOSCH" is printed in red lettering on the side of the drills. Read more.
The recall involves fabric protector which is an aerosol coating used to protect fabric. The fabric protector was sold under the following brand names: Sprayway® No. 980 Industrial Fabric Protector; 3D Fabric Protector; Auto Brite Fabric Protector Guardatela; Auto Magic® Fabric Protector No. 91-S; Crystal Aire Products #680 Fabric Protector; Falcon Labs® Spotless Fabric Protector; Quiltprotect™ Spray; Robbie’s™ Fabric Shield; Showcar Fabric Protector and Simoniz® System 5 Stain Sentry Fabric Protector. The recall involves Kohler and Sterling frameless by-pass bath doors. By-pass doors consist of two panels that slide on a track and overlap one another. They can be identified by the tempering date located on the bath door glass panel, which reads “080410” or by the SAU (serial) number on the manufacturer’s box. The Ryobi Model HP 1802M cordless drill is powered by an 18 volt rechargeable NiCad battery. The drills are blue and black in color with "Ryobi" appearing in red and white on the left side. The model number can be found on a white label on the right side of the drill. Read more.
The wall hook sets were sold in three models: model numbers 74641 and 74642, constructed of five separate wooden letters spelling out the word “S T U F F” and model number 65262 consisting of four separate, different colored wooden paws. Model number 74641 has a Purple S, a Red T, an Orange U, a Green F and a Pink F. Model number 74642 has an Olive S, a Blue T, a Yellow U, a White-striped F, and a Blue F. Attached to each letter is a painted metal coat hook with a painted wooden ball at the end. Each letter is approximately 4 inches long, 3/4 inches wide and 9 ¾ inches tall. Model number 65262 has four separate paw-shaped wooden pieces of different colors -- red, blue, green and pink. Attached to each paw is a wooden peg with a wooden ball at the end. The “S T U F F” wall hook sets have a label on the back of the letter “S” that includes the models 74641 or 74642. The Paw wall hook sets have the model number 65262 on the outside of the box. This recall involves Siemens and Murray 15 through 50 AMP single and double pole circuit breakers, load centers (circuit breakers that come with an electrical panel), and meter combos (contain a load center and a meter socket). “Siemens” or “Murray,” date codes 0610 or 0710 and the catalog number are printed on a label on the side of the circuit breakers. Date codes between June 2010 through August 2010 are stamped on the inside of the metal box of the load centers and meter combos.
