Mansfield Plumbing Products Recalls Bathtubs, Whirlpools and Air Massage Bathtubs Due to Fall Hazard
This recall involves acrylic bathtubs, whirlpools and air massage baths sold in various colors and under ten product names: Avalon, Barrett, Baywood, Brentwood, Camden, Castille, Covington, Hampton, Montclair and Reo. The acrylic grab bars are affixed to the interior of the tubs about shoulder height from a seated position. The grab bars were sold in various styles and colors including white, brushed nickel, oil rubbed bronze, a polished brass finish and chrome.

Watkins Manufacturing and Therm Products Recall Spas Due to Fire Hazard
This recall includes the following 11 models of Hot Spring Spas and Limelight Hot Tubs brand spas installed with Therm Products No-Fault Water Heaters: Aria, Envoy, Flair, Glow, Grandee, Jetsetter, Prodigy, Pulse, Sovereign, Vanguard and Vista. The recalled spas were manufactured from March 2011 to December 2011 and were installed since October 2011. The date is represented by 2N, 3N, or 4N in the spa’s seven to 10 alpha-numeric serial code. For example, xxx2N#### or xxx4N####, where “xxx” represents a series of letters one to three characters long, and “####” is a four-digit numerical sequence. The model name and serial code are printed on a label within the spa’s equipment compartment, located behind a removable panel on the side of the spa.

Gecko Alliance Recalls Electronic Spa Controls Used on Serenity Spas Due to Fire Hazard
This recall involves the Hydropool Serenity Series Spa hot tubs with serial numbers 01350XXXX through 03210XXXX. The serial numbers are printed on the right side of the spa control. The Gecko spa control (SSPA-1) has model number 0202-205097 printed on it.

Coast Spas and Franklin Electric Co. Recall Coast Spas Due to Fire Hazard
The recalled spas were manufactured from January 2002 through October 2004. Only spas manufactured during this time frame with either red or yellow pump and motor assemblies are included in this recall. The spa manufacturer's name and date code and the pump and motor assembly can be located in the spa compartment as shown below. Consumers can access this compartment by lifting out the compartment door and setting it aside.

A. O. Smith Co. Recall of Spas
The recalled Coast Mountain® spas have various model names, including Cypress, Seymour, Cowichan, Washington and Robson spas. The model name is located on the top corner of the spa. The recalled units have a capacitor made by Motors Capacitor Inc., which can be identified by a label on the motor that has the words, "Tiny Might." The spas have an acrylic liner with western red cedar siding and seat up to six adults.
