This recall involves Dr. Brown's Natural Bottle & Dish Soap sold separately and with Dr. Brown's bottle brush as a bottle cleaning kit. The soap bottles were sold in two sizes: a clear plastic 16-ounce bottle with a pump and a 4-ounce clear squeeze bottle. A label affixed to the front of the bottles read "Dr. Brown's natural bottle & dish soap" and "100% plant-based ingredients." Read more.

This recall involves Arm & Hammer, Capture, Healthy Home, Oreck, Resista and Riccar brands of dry carpet cleaners. The powder can be sprinkled on carpets and rugs to clean and deodorize them. The dry carpet cleaner was sold in various sizes and lot numbers. The lot number is printed on stickers on each container marked with a letter followed by the five-digit lot number. Capture and Resista brand dry carpet cleaners were sold individually and as part of a cleaning kit including a pre-mist spray and a brush. This recall involves Krud Kutter Decal & Adhesive Remover and Krud Kutter Ultra Power Specialty Adhesive Remover. The decal adhesive remover came in a clear plastic eight-ounce bottle with a purple flip-open top. The front of the bottle has a yellow and purple label with the Krud Kutter Earth Friendly logo and the words "Safe on Clearcoats!," "Removes adhesive, asphalt, decals, road tar & more," "Decal & Adhesive Remover" and "Biodegradable." An image of a black sports car with a flame decal on it are also on the label. The specialty adhesive remover came in 8-ounce, 16-ounce and 32-ounce clear plastic bottles. The 8-ounce bottle has a purple flip-open top. The two larger bottles have purple trigger spray tops. The front of the bottles have a purple and yellow label with the Krud Kutter Earth Friendly logo and the words "Professional Strength," "Krud Kutter," Ultra Power Special Adhesive Remover," "Removes Adhesive, Caulk, Foam, Mastic, Silicone, Roofing Tar & More" and "Biodegradable." This recall involves two products: Prestone Windshield De-Icer and Prestone Ice & Frost Shield. The Windshield De-Icer (SKU AS-246) is used to melt ice on vehicle windshields and windows. The De-Icer was sold in a clear yellow 32-ounce trigger spray plastic bottle with a black tip on the nozzle. This recall involves all Paramount Trident Series 2 (UV II) ultraviolet sanitation systems. The sanitation systems are a gray tube that stands 32 inches high by 11 inches in diameter. They are plumbed into the pool's water circulation pipes and plugged in or hard-wired into an electrical system. The pool's water runs through the unit and is sanitized by ultraviolet lamps. This is a secondary sanitation system used in conjunction with chemical sanitizers such as chlorine or bromine. "Trident UV II" or "Series 2 Trident Ultraviolet Corporation UV Sanitation System" is printed on a black label on the front of the units. In addition, a silver sticker on the units has the following wording "Paramount Series 2 Ultraviolet Pool Sanitizer System," "Trident Series 2 Ultraviolet Water Treatment System" or "Trident Ultra UV Series 2 Water Treatment System" and a date code of 9/9/2013 or later.
