This recall involves the Cupcakes and Cashmere Brand Three-Light Floor Lamps, model 7927-OZ and model 7927-OZ1. The lamps measure about 63-inches tall and have three six-inch diameter glass globe lampshades. The lamps are sold in multicolor and cream variants. Lamps with model number 7927-OZ (associated with HomeGoods style numbers 190734 and 211918) are gold with multi-colored lampshades. Lamps with model number 7927-OZ1 (associated with HomeGoods style numbers 192249, 208605, and 213058) are gold with cream lampshades. The model number is located on a sticker on the underside of the base of the lamp. The HomeGoods style numbers are located on the original price hangtag. Read more.

This recall involves Currey & Company's Nottaway chandeliers. The iron with brass frame light fixtures were sold in gold, bronze and champagne finishes and in two sizes. The two-tier chandeliers measure about 44 inches in diameter and 44.5 inches high and have an adjustable drop of 51 to 119 inches and nine 50-watt bulbs. The three-tier chandeliers measure about 60 inches in diameter and 63.5 inches high and have an adjustable drop of 70 to 138 inches and 18 40-watt bulbs. "Currey & Company" and the model number 9000-1129, 9000-1130, 9000-1254, 9000-1255, 9000-1314 are printed on a label atop the fixture's ceiling canopy. This recall involves Metalux Optimized High Bay (OHB) LED light fixtures used indoors in commercial structures with high ceilings such as warehouses and commercial bays. The fixtures are painted white metal and measure between 2 feet and 4 feet in length and between 1 foot and 1.5 feet in width, with a plastic diffuser lens cover. The catalog number and date code are printed on the product label inside of the fixture channel cover, behind the tray and can be accessed by removing two screws. The date code is in a two-digit mm/dd/yy format representing the month, day and year. This recall involves three models of the Minka Bardon Series Pendant Light Fixtures. Models include the 8-Light Pendant (model number N1847-776), the 12-Light Pendant (model number N1848-776) and the 5-Light Island (model number N1849-776). The model number is printed on the ceiling plate of the light fixture. For installed fixtures, consumers should identify the fixture based on the photographs below. The fixtures include either one downrod (8-Light and 12-Light Pendants) or two downrods (5-Light Island) to attach the fixture to the ceiling.
