March 4, 2009 All-Clad Recalls 4-Square Belgian Waffle Makers Due to Shock Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Williams-Sonoma

The recalled All-Clad 4-Square Belgian Waffle Maker is electric with a stainless steel exterior. The recall involves units with a model/ref number of #WD700462 and 4-digit manufacture date codes ending in “08”. This recall involves Chef’s Mark® 15 piece cookware sets with model number 515 and Fingerhut product code H6637. The model number and product code are printed on the cookware’s packaging. The non-stick cookware has red, green, black, blue or purple exteriors, black handles, glass lids and came with spoons, spatulas and ladles. Read more.

The recalled Vertical Multi-deck Frozen Food Merchandisers are typically used in grocery stores and other commercial settings. The recall involves models D6F, D6FL, L6F, L6FL, N6F and N6FL manufactured between 1995 and 2008. The serial and model numbers are located on the label located on the inside, upper-right front of the unit behind the lighting assembly. October 30, 2008 Fit & Fresh Mixers Recalled by MEDport LLC Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves Fit & Fresh™ Smooth Blend Mixers with item number 770FF and model number SB-19. The white mixers have four components – a base unit, blade assembly, blending cup and cap. Fit & Fresh™ is printed on the front of the base. The recalled mixers can be identified by the date code, a four-digit number located on the bottom of the base. September 30, 2008 Wal-Mart Recalls General Electric Toasters Due to Fire and Shock Hazards

The recalled toasters have a chrome steel body, a black plastic base and controls with either two or four openings in the top. The GE logo is located on the front of the toasters just above the controls. Model numbers 169115 and 169116 are included in this recall. The model number is printed on the bottom of the toasters.
