This recall involves TLS-1 jumper modules and TLS-1 energy shingles that were installed as part of a residential solar energy system. The energy shingles are roof mounted and measure about 64 inches by 17 inches by 1 inch. They weigh about 10 pounds. Read more.

November 25, 2020 Lidl US Recalls Powerfix Steel Shelving Units Due To Tip-Over and Entrapment Hazards

This recall involves Lidl's Powerfix Metal Shelving Units. They are 59 inches tall, stand upright, and contain four metal shelves. They come in a box marked with article number 314367 and UPC 4017239206062. One of the shelves in the unit is marked with a white sticker with the article number 314367. Read more.

March 6, 2018 InSinkErator® Recalls SinkTop™ Switch Accessory for Garbage Disposals Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves InSinkErator Single Outlet SinkTop Switches. The air activated switch mounts to the sink or countertop and is an alternative to the traditional wall switch for a garbage disposal. The model numbers are 76703, STS-SOSN, 78251 and 74300, and can be found on the back of the power module. InSinkErator is written on the front of the power module. The switches were sold with a chrome, white, or satin nickel button/bezel as an accessory for garbage disposals. Garbage disposals activated by a wall switch are not affected by this recall. November 23, 2016 Six Brands of Dry Carpet Cleaning Powder Recalled by Milliken Due to Risk of Exposure to Bacteria

This recall involves Arm & Hammer, Capture, Healthy Home, Oreck, Resista and Riccar brands of dry carpet cleaners. The powder can be sprinkled on carpets and rugs to clean and deodorize them. The dry carpet cleaner was sold in various sizes and lot numbers. The lot number is printed on stickers on each container marked with a letter followed by the five-digit lot number. Capture and Resista brand dry carpet cleaners were sold individually and as part of a cleaning kit including a pre-mist spray and a brush. October 6, 2016 Gleason Recalls Hand Trucks Due to Laceration and Injury Hazards

This recall involves Milwaukee-branded hand trucks with model numbers 40615 and 60610. The recalled nylon hand trucks have a one-piece, nylon-molded frame and measure 50 inches tall and 21 inches wide. Model 40615 has a black nylon body, a black foot rest and yellow handles. October 6, 2016 Aqua Lung Recalls Powerline Inflators Due to Injury and Drowning Hazards

This recall involves Aqua Lung Powerline inflators installed on Aqua Lung and Apeks Black Ice buoyancy compensators. Buoyancy compensators equipped with Powerline inflators are used by scuba divers to establish buoyancy in the water. The black Powerline inflators measure about 20 inches long and 3.5 inches wide. December 10, 2013 PackTite Recalls Bed Bug Heating Units Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves PackTite bed bug heating units sold with PackTite™ original bed bug treatment systems. Consumers place items for bed bug treatment inside PackTite's black canvas bag and turn the heater on inside the bag. The white heaters are attached to a black wire frame that fits in the bag. PackTite™ is printed in white on the bag. The bags measure 36 inches long by 19 inches wide by 24 inches tall. The recalled heaters do not have any visible text on the up-facing side of the heater casing, but they do have reset instructions on the underside of the heater. Read more.

March 5, 2013 Briggs & Stratton Recalls Ariens Compact Snow Blowers Due to Fire Hazard

The recalled snow blower is 24-inches wide and comes in orange with black. Recalled products have the model number 920014 and serial numbers ranging from 100,000 through 119,039 that can be found on an Ariens-brand label on the lower back panel of the product with the warranty code. There is also a Briggs & Stratton engine model number 13D1370110 F1 labeled on the side of the engine with the serial number range from 12053000000 through 12071699999. Engines with a circular black marker dot located on the right side of the engine base, below the electric starter and just above the oil drain plug, have already been inspected and are not part of this recall.

December 18, 2012 Catalina Outdoor Fireplace Recalled by Christmas Tree Shops Due to Burn and Laceration Hazard

The Catalina Outdoor Fireplace is free standing and constructed of glass and black metal. The 21 1/4 in. square base sits on short legs. Black corner pieces hold the glass sides with one hinged side to add logs. It has a square, vented top lid and stands about 30" tall.
