This recall involves Ubio Labs power banks, sold in either a pack of one or a pack of two. The recalled power banks are black and have the model number PWB1071 printed on the back. This recall involves the 3-in-1 Qi wireless chargers, 6700 mAh power banks and travel wall chargers distributed to employees through a corporate redemption program. The white square power bank includes a two-pronged section that plugs into the wall and 3 USB type plugs on the other side. The product is also capable of wireless charging. "Trianium" is written on the back of the case. There are 17 different model numbers included in this recall. August 30, 2019 GreatCall Recalls Lively Mobile Plus Emergency Alert Device Due to Risk of Call Button Failing in an Emergency (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Lively Mobile Plus model GCR4 emergency alert devices manufactured between January and April 2019. The recalled devices are silver and black and have "GreatCall" printed near the top of the front of the device. The model number GCR4 is printed on the back and the date code 19.01 or 19.03 is printed on the bar code label of the device. The device is worn on a magnetic lanyard around a consumer's neck for fall detection or clips onto a consumer's purse, belt, or pocket, and is used to communicate in an emergency or for other assistance. This recall involves Street Charge solar powered charging stations used to charge up to six mobile devices at a time. The charging stations are approximately 150 inches tall by 63 inches wide by 54 inches deep. Aluminum panels cover three sides of the tree-shaped charging station's top post. August 16, 2017 FedEx Supply Chain Recalls Cellphone Batteries That Could Lead to Fire and Burn Hazards (Recall Alert)

This recall involves batteries placed into refurbished AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 4 cellphones by FedEx Supply Chain and distributed as replacement phones through AT&T's Insurance program only. FedEx and Samsung have determined that some of the recalled batteries are counterfeit and show anomalies that can lead the batteries to overheat. The batteries are non-OEM, which means they were not supplied as original equipment by the phone's manufacturer, Samsung. Read more.

This recall involves all Galaxy Note7 devices received as replacements as part of the previous Galaxy Note7 recall on September 15, 2016 and any Galaxy Note 7 with a green battery icon, regardless of date purchased or IMEI. This recall involves Apple World Travel Adapter Kits and wall plug adapters. The kits contain three-prong and two-prong AC wall plug adapters that fit different electrical outlets worldwide. The recalled adapters were made for use in Australia/New Zealand/Argentina, Brazil, Continental Europe and Korea and were also sold with Mac computers and iOS devices. The wall plug adapters are white plastic with the following characteristics: Australia/New Zealand/Argentina - flat angled blades Brazil - round thin pins Continental Europe - round thin pins, slightly slanted inward Korea - round thick pins Recalled wall plug adapters have either four or five letters or numbers, or no markings on the inside slot where the wall plug adapter attaches to the main power adapter.
