The recalled Tiki® Cone Metal Torch is a 6-foot long, outdoor, open-flame lamp consisting of a black metal pole topped by a copper-colored, cone-shaped metal head. A black decorative rod spirals around the head of the torch. The torch head includes the fuel reservoir, cover and wick. It was sold under Lamplight Farms model numbers 1263 and 126301 and Wal-Mart item numbers 1656121 and 1691366. Both items were sold with the same UPC number 086861012635, which is located on the bottom of the printed hangtag. Read more.
These lawn tractors have a 6-speed MST206-545C Peerless transaxle and a 17.5, 18, 18.5 or 19 horsepower engine. The recalled tractor and transaxle model number information is located below the tractor seat (see Figure 1), and on the transaxle housing (see Figure 2). The recalled transaxles have a date of manufacture code (DOM) between 4275 and 5047 followed by the letter "G", which can be found on the Transaxle ID Label (see Figure 3). Read more.
The recall involves two Jøtul models of gas-fired stoves - the GF 100 DV II Nordic QT and the GF 200 DV II Lillehammer. The stoves are fueled with liquid propane (LP) gas. The model number (either GF 100 DV II or GF 200 DV II) can be found on the metal rating plate attached to the back of the stove. Read more.
Shindaiwa Gas-Powered Professional Hedge Trimmers are available in both 30-inch and 40-inch sizes. The products have red engine covers, a red fuel cap and a label on the recoil starter that reads "Professional Shindaiwa." The recall includes all single and double-sided gas-powered professional hedge trimmer models DH231 and HT231 with serial numbers 1010000 through 5050000. The grills included in the safety retrofit are Cheftech Signature Series Grill Model#CT001 starting with Serial # 001 and ending with #030. Serial numbers are denoted on the Rating Plate pictured below. Identifying marks include the Rating Plate label on the back. These are 30,000 BTU LP or NG stainless steel grills. The grill has a rotisserie spit and motor. Other model Cheftech gas grills are not included in the recall. Read more.
The recalled vacuum is designed to be pulled behind a lawn tractor. The product vacuums leaves and grass, shreds them and collects the shredded material in a large storage chamber. The leaf and lawn vacuums have a red circle with DR printed in black on each side of the chamber. Read more.
The recall involves Full Moon Lanterns sold by Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. The lanterns were sold in the following three different Halloween themes: Bat (Model # XPM 012A), Flying Witch (Model # XPM 012B), and Jack O-Lantern (Model # XPM 012C). Read more.
