Recalls: Babies and Kids
The recalled pacifiers are blue, white, yellow or pink plastic with a yellow nipple and a circular or clove-shaped handle. The nipples are filled with honey or a sugary substance. The pacifiers measure about 3-inches long and 1 1/2-inches wide. Read more.
This recall involves Viking Chubbies 10-inch toy sedans sold with two figurines. The multi-colored toys are made of plastic. The toy figurines measure about 3-inches tall. "Viking Toys," "Sweden" and "Made in Thailand" are printed on the bottom of the car. Read more.
The recalled Flexitoys Monster-Size vehicles are plastic toys that measure approximately 5 1/2-inches in length. Models included in the recall are: dump truck (model 9000-1), race car (model 9000-2), tractor (model 9000-3), SUV (model 9000-4), fire truck (model 9000-5) and digger truck (model 9000-6). The name and model numbers are stamped on the underside of the plastic vehicles. Read more.
The cribs are made of wood and are natural color. Only cribs that are labeled Lov's Europa with "Style # 4827-2 M.F.G. No.: W 24088 Date: 22 JUN 2004" are included in the recall. The brand, style and date code are printed on a label attached to the mattress support platform. Read more.
The recalled strollers have a metal frame and a cloth seat with a sun canopy. The strollers were sold in a variety of colors including, navy, red, black, silver and orange. A metal plate above the footrest shows the Mountain Buggy logo with "Mountain Buggy," "Urban," or "Breeze" written underneath on the metal plate. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Single strollers have item number U1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 012893. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Double strollers have item number U2204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 006957. The recalled Mountain Buggy Breeze strollers have item number B1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 000191. The serial number and model number are on the back of the metal plate. The recalled sweatshirts were sold in navy and burgundy, and in youth sizes (S, M. L, and XL). The RN Number is 90614, which is located on the collar tag. "A.P.C.O." is a label stitched on the inside of the hood and "Artic Zone" is stitched on the outside of the sweatshirt. Read more.
The recalled fairy wands are pink or purple with multi-colored beads, feathers and ribbons. The wands are 7-inches long. There are four wands in each package. The packaging has a light pink cardboard backer. Model number WAND1361 is written on the back of the packaging. Read more.
The recalled battery-powered ride-on vehicles include the Pink Corvette®, Torch Red Corvette®, Yellow Race Car Corvette®, Red Electroplate Corvette®, Fire Engine, and Batmobile® with the model numbers listed in the chart below. They were sold under the brands Safety 1st and Kid Trax by Safety 1st. The ride-on vehicles were manufactured between January 2004 and August 2005. The manufacture date is located on the underside of the unit and is molded into the plastic body as shown below. The circle on left displays the month of manufacture, the circle on the right displays the year of manufacture. The model numbers are located on the underside of the vehicles near the date code. The jumbo pencil has a red eraser on the end and comes with a pencil sharpener. Pencils are either short, 8 ½ inches long and one inch wide, or long, 15 inches long and ½ inch wide.
