The recalled sweatshirts were sold in navy and burgundy, and in youth sizes (S, M. L, and XL). The RN Number is 90614, which is located on the collar tag. "A.P.C.O." is a label stitched on the inside of the hood and "Artic Zone" is stitched on the outside of the sweatshirt. Read more.
The recalled fairy wands are pink or purple with multi-colored beads, feathers and ribbons. The wands are 7-inches long. There are four wands in each package. The packaging has a light pink cardboard backer. Model number WAND1361 is written on the back of the packaging. Read more.
The recalled battery-powered ride-on vehicles include the Pink Corvette®, Torch Red Corvette®, Yellow Race Car Corvette®, Red Electroplate Corvette®, Fire Engine, and Batmobile® with the model numbers listed in the chart below. They were sold under the brands Safety 1st and Kid Trax by Safety 1st. The ride-on vehicles were manufactured between January 2004 and August 2005. The manufacture date is located on the underside of the unit and is molded into the plastic body as shown below. The circle on left displays the month of manufacture, the circle on the right displays the year of manufacture. The model numbers are located on the underside of the vehicles near the date code. The jumbo pencil has a red eraser on the end and comes with a pencil sharpener. Pencils are either short, 8 ½ inches long and one inch wide, or long, 15 inches long and ½ inch wide. The recalled stroller has an aluminum frame and a cloth seat, with a sun canopy. The recalled stroller has model number 20050016 and serial numbers: S1000001D0504 through S1000800D0504 and S1000001D0506 through S1000200D0506. Each stroller has a tag, located inside the child's seat compartment, which lists the model name and number. A sticker on the rear frame lists the serial number. There are two yellow handle-locking clips, one on each side of the stroller frame that secures the handle from movement. Read more.
The Lily chair and Lily ottoman were sold together as a bean bag furniture set. The chair and ottoman sets were sold in ivory/white (model 170001), ivory/blue (model 170003), ivory/black (model 170004) and ivory/orange (model 170009). Only Reebok fleece pullover/pant sets with navy blue quarter-zip zippers are being recalled. The fleece pullover/pant sets were sold in navy blue/red and navy blue/pink in sizes up to children's size 7. "Reebok" is printed across the front of the pullover. The pullovers have a hood that can be folded under the collar. Some of the recalled pullovers were sold with matching mittens. The style numbers were printed on the store tag only and end in: 1816, 2816, 3816, 1816N, 2816N, 1814, 2814, 4814, and 5814. Read more.

The corded swirl necklace and earring set features a twisted metal swirl pattern hanging from a black, blue or purple cord. The faux amber necklace and earring set features a large faux amber gem cut in a heart or cross shape. The "Bracelet Keyring" is a pink plastic keyring attached to a bracelet which consists of pink and white beads or red and white beads, a metal pendant and metal dividers between the beads.
