December 14, 2005 Celebrate Express Inc. Recall of Magic Party Favors and Costume Shield

The recalled Mystery Drawer is a black plastic rectangular box with a movable drawer. The Dice Tunnel is a blue or red plastic rectangular box with one die. They were sold along with other party favors in an assortment known as the Magic Favor Box (Item #E4696). The plastic shield is silver and gold and is about 11-inches long. The shield was sold as part of the following costume sets: Sword and Shield Set (Item #7014), Sword and Shield Set – 8 (Item #8006), and the Cape, Helmet, Sword, and Shield Set (Item #E8520). December 13, 2005 Kids II Inc. Recall of Doorway Baby Jumpers

The Bounce Bounce Baby! Door Jumper has model number 6753 written on a white warning label on the seat. The jumper has a blue canvas seat with a sun, star and bee design print, blue straps, and a blue plastic clamp that attaches to an interior door frame. The name "Kids II" is printed on the plastic housing that contains the clamp. Model 67531 Door Jumpers that have a metal clamp are not included in this recall. Read more.


December 8, 2005 Chuck E. Cheese's Recall of Plastic Siren Whistles

The recalled plastic siren whistle is a red, green or purple tube with small plastic pieces inside. The whistle is about 2-inches long and 3/4- inch wide. The toy whistles were distributed as prizes at Chuck E. Cheese's by redeeming 15 tickets earned by playing games. Read more.


December 8, 2005 J & F Design Inc. Recall of Girl's Sleepwear Sold at J.C. Penney Stores

The recalled pajama sets include a tank top and a pair of shorts. Made of a polyester and cotton blend, the pajamas were sold in four colors: green, fuchsia, light blue and light pink in sizes extra small through extra large. The pajama tops have a large, rubber decal of one or more monkeys on the front, and the bottoms have a monkey print on them. A label on the inside of the garment reads, "Bobby by BobbyJack." December 1, 2005 Ideal Distributors Inc. Recall of Pacifiers

The recalled pacifiers are blue, white, yellow or pink plastic with a yellow nipple and a circular or clove-shaped handle. The nipples are filled with honey or a sugary substance. The pacifiers measure about 3-inches long and 1 1/2-inches wide. Read more.



November 22, 2005 International Playthings Inc. Recall of Viking Chubbies Toy Cars

This recall involves Viking Chubbies 10-inch toy sedans sold with two figurines. The multi-colored toys are made of plastic. The toy figurines measure about 3-inches tall. "Viking Toys," "Sweden" and "Made in Thailand" are printed on the bottom of the car. Read more.


November 22, 2005 International Playthings Inc. Recall of Toy Vehicles

The recalled Flexitoys Monster-Size vehicles are plastic toys that measure approximately 5 1/2-inches in length. Models included in the recall are: dump truck (model 9000-1), race car (model 9000-2), tractor (model 9000-3), SUV (model 9000-4), fire truck (model 9000-5) and digger truck (model 9000-6). The name and model numbers are stamped on the underside of the plastic vehicles. Read more.


November 22, 2005 Delta Enterprise Corp. Recall of Certain Cribs Sold at Toys R Us Stores

The cribs are made of wood and are natural color. Only cribs that are labeled Lov's Europa with "Style # 4827-2 M.F.G. No.: W 24088 Date: 22 JUN 2004" are included in the recall. The brand, style and date code are printed on a label attached to the mattress support platform. Read more.


November 17, 2005 Sycamore Kids Inc. Expands Recall of Mountain Buggy Jogging Strollers

The recalled strollers have a metal frame and a cloth seat with a sun canopy. The strollers were sold in a variety of colors including, navy, red, black, silver and orange. A metal plate above the footrest shows the Mountain Buggy logo with "Mountain Buggy," "Urban," or "Breeze" written underneath on the metal plate. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Single strollers have item number U1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 012893. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Double strollers have item number U2204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 006957. The recalled Mountain Buggy Breeze strollers have item number B1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 000191. The serial number and model number are on the back of the metal plate. All recalled buggies have a grey handlebar button. Read more.
