Recalls: Babies and Kids
The recall involves 31 different over-the-counter drugs purchased on or after June 1, 2018 that are unexpired from the following brands: Medi-First, Medi-First Plus, Medique, Dover, Otis Clapp, and Ecolab. They include aspirin-containing products, acetaminophen-containing products, ibuprofen-containing products, lidocaine-containing products, diphenhydramine, loperamide, and naproxen products. The expiration date for tablets and creams can be found on either the top or side panels of the container carton in the format [YEAR/MO]. For products in spray bottles, the expiration date in the same format is located on the front of the bottle. The expiration date is found on the bottom for the spray cans. This recall involves Organic Aromas Wintergreen Essential Oil in amber glass bottles with white or black caps. The product is packaged in 10mL, 30mL, and 50mL sizes. The firm name "Organic Aromas," the firm's logo, and "Wintergreen Pure Essential Oil," along with the volume amounts are printed on the white label. A 2mL size that was sold as part of a set of sample sizes of assorted oils and called the "Discovery Collection," is also subject to this recall. This recall involves the six inch plush Aflac promotional Doctor Duck. Doctor Duck is white with a yellow beak and feet. It is dressed in a white lab coat with buttons and a stethoscope. "Aflac" is printed on the front of the duck's lab coat. The plush ducks were distributed by Aflac to consumers as a promotional item. Read more.
This recall involves Thule Sleek strollers. The recalled strollers were sold in black, dark gray, light gray, navy blue and red with a silver or black frame. Only strollers without a QC2020 sticker next to the product label and manufactured between May 2018 through September 2019 are included in this recall. The manufacture date code in YY/MM format, Thule Sleek and product number: 11000001-5, 11000017, 11000330 or 11000337-342 can be found on the product label located on the lower inside frame of the stroller. The recalled lawn dart sets were sold for 2, 4 and 5 players and contained 4, 8 and 10 units (darts) respectively, as well as individual spare darts. The lawn darts are about a foot long (30 cm), have polypropylene flights (fins) designed to be held at the tail, with a brass body ending in a stainless steel spigot (peg).
