Recalls: Babies and Kids

The recall includes Jeep Liberty branded strollers with model numbers starting with JL031, JL032, JL034, JL035 or JL036 manufactured between June 2010 and September 2011. The model number and date of manufacture are printed on a white tag on the rear upper center of each seatback pad. The three-wheeled strollers were sold in different color fabric combinations with a metal black and silver frame including: green seat and canopy; gray seat and canopy with a teal blue stripe across the center of the canopy; orange seat and canopy with a tan stripe; tan seat and canopy with yellow stripe across the center top of the canopy; and tan seat and canopy with an orange canopy rim. "Jeep" is printed on the side of the stroller and on the front of the stroller tray. There is a plastic red toy steering wheel, ignition key and orange shift lever mounted on a yellow base attached to the stroller tray. If your stroller wheels have a gray triangle located on the rim at the valve stem then your stroller wheels are not included in this recall. Read more.

This recall includes Idea Baby brand infant bath seats made for One Step Ahead. The recalled bath seat is designed for children five months to ten months old. The seat is made of white plastic with blue trim and has four suction cups on the bottom. An oval-shaped arm rail runs from the seat back and connects two side posts and the seat front post. Two star-shaped spinning toys are on the front of the seat rail above the front post. Between the two spinning toys is a round, inset plastic disc with the words "www.onestepahead.com," "One Step Ahead," "Idea Baby" and "Made in Italy." Read more.

This recall includes all BeBeLove E-Zee™ Bath Seats. The recalled products are plastic bath seats designed for children between 5 and 10 months old. They have a white base with suction cups on the bottom, a back/arm support, a detachable back support bar that folds under the seat for storage and a detachable T-bar front stabilizer that folds forward for entry. The back/arm support is gray, blue or pink. "Made in Taiwan" and "BBL" are engraved on the underside of the seat base and "BeBeLove" is printed on a sticker in the center of the back/arm support. The "Joanna" girl's sandals have an ankle strap, three bands and a flower on top. They were sold in white with a silver-colored metal flower and brown with a copper-colored metal flower in girl's sizes 8.5 through 10. The name "Joanna," the style number CG40723 (white shoe) or CG40725 (brown shoe) and the size are printed on the underside of the front shoe strap. "StrideRite" appears on the bottom of the shoe. This recall involves Vive La Fete children's cotton or cotton/polyester two-piece pajama sets with style numbers HSH158BPL and HSH159BPL. They were sold in children's sizes 6 months through size 12. They consist of a long-sleeve shirt with collar and buttons paired with matching full-length pants with elastic waistband. Pajama set style HSH158BPL is blue with a white snowflake pattern. Pajama set style HSH159BPL is red and white gingham checkered pattern. The style number is printed on a white label located on the garment's hangtag. There are two tags sewn into the neckline. "VIVE LA FÊTE" is printed on the top tag. The garment size and fiber content with the phrases "CARE ON REVERSE" and "MADE IN EL SALVADOR" are printed on the bottom tag. Read more.

This recall includes previously recalled 16 oz. plastic water bottles that came in pink with a crackle design or blue. The bottles have flip-top lids in coordinated pink and blue colors. "H&M Sweden," www.hm.com and a date clock with the manufacture date are embossed on the bottom of the bottle. The recalled products were manufactured in June 2012. The inner circle on the date clock stamp contains the number 12 with an arrow between the two numbers. The arrow points at the number 6 in an outer circle of numbers. Read more.

This recall involves Pottery Barn Kids Sweet Lambie Bumpers manufactured from April 2009 through July 2012. The cotton bumpers are padded and fit standard cribs. Lambs in grass and lambs with trees are embroidered on the interior and exterior of the bumpers. They were available in the colors pink, blue and ivory/oatmeal. Model number "708859," "708917" or "7988348" and "Sweet Lambie Bumper" appear on a tag fastened to the bottom edge of the bumpers. The date of manufacture in MM/YYYY format is printed on a tag attached to the bumper near the model number tag. Read more.

This recall involves the side rails on 34 different Lea children's bed collections, including loft, bunk and panel styles in twin, full and queen sizes. The wooden beds were sold in various wood finishes and paint colors, including black or white. The beds have two side mattress support rails connecting the headboard to the footboard and slats or a Bunkie board to support the mattress. Item numbers and purchase order numbers included in this recall are listed below. The date code, rail item number and purchase order number are located on a white label on the inside of one of the side rails.
