November 10, 2015 Ignite Recalls Kids Straw Tumblers Due to Risk of Ingestion

This recall includes eight different styles of plastic drinking tumblers. The tumblers were sold with a lid and a straw. Some of the straws have a plastic mold in the shape of fangs, lips, a mustache or a zipper affixed to the top. The tumblers are branded “Bueno by Contigo” on the retail packaging and “Bueno” on the lid of the cup. All cups have the number “036201” engraved on the bottom. Model numbers and styles included in the recall are: Model Number Style 71591/71844 Clear with fangs straw accessory 71592/71842 Clear with nectarine zipper straw accessory 71593/71841 Clear with mustache straw accessory 71594/71843 Clear with cherry blossom lips straw accessory 71596 Yellow with off-white lid 71597 Pink with white lid 71602 Blue with green lid 71603 Orange with blue lid Model numbers are printed on a label affixed to the bottom of the cup. Straw tumblers with the letter “B” engraved on the underside of the lid beneath the model number are not included in this recall. Read more.


August 24, 2010 Williams-Sonoma Recalls Baby Bottle Warmers Due to Burn Hazard

This recall involves the Beaba Express Steam Bottle Warmer which uses steam to heat baby bottles or baby food. The bottle warmer is green with an orange temperature dial. "Beaba" is printed on the base and model number 9602 is printed on the underside of the warmer. Read more.


May 8, 2008 Baby Bottle and Food Warmers Recalled by Munchkin Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves the Munchkin Deluxe Bottle and Food Warmer with Pacifier Cleaning Basket 2-in-1 Design, model #13301 and lot number TP-1487. The product is used to warm food and bottles of various sizes. The set includes a main basket, a lift-out basket, an adapter ring, and a measuring cup. “Munchkin” is located on the front of the warmer and “TP-1487” is located on the bottom. Only warmers bearing lot number “TP-1487” are included in this recall. Read more.

The recall includes four styles of Starbucks children’s plastic 10-ounce cups. Styles include: “Dot” Red Ladybug; “Dash” Green Turtle; Bunny Pink; and Chick Yellow cups. Read more.


January 22, 2007 Next Step Plastic Sippy/Tumbler Cups Recalled for Laceration Hazard

This recall involves plastic sippy/tumbler cups bearing the "Next Step" logo. The 7-ounce cup has an aqua blue cap and a yellow, rubber-like material covering the handles and bottom of the cup. Read more.
