The recalled product is an egg-shaped tea light candle holder sold under style numbers 2C0755A, 2C0755B, and 2C0755C. The tea light holder came in the colors sky blue, pool blue and lavender. Both the style number and the color can be found on a sticker at the bottom of the candle holder. Read more.
The recalled red tea light candles are apple scented and have the brand name "Harvest" on the front packaging. Item number A5023 is written on the bottom of the packaging. The candles were sold in sets of six candles per package. The tea light candles measure 1½-inches wide by ¾-inch high. Each of the candles comes in a plastic holder. Read more.
The recalled candles were sold individually wrapped in a ribbon on a plate. This recall also includes candles sold in boxed sets of three candles under the Restore & Restyle brand. These scented, flowerpot-shaped candles are about 2.5-inches high and have a sand coating. They were sold in two different four-piece sets. One set containing three candles of different shades of green and one ivory candle with code number KMS8428 and UPC number 7 50197 88428 9. The other set contains a blue, white, orange and cream colored candle with code number KMS8427 and UPC number 7 50197 88427 2. This alert is only for consumers who purchased Item Number 40491 (the item number is located on the side of the packaging below the logo), an eight pack of Fern Warm Comforts tea light candles, after October 26, 2004. The rope candle is a 20-foot coiled beeswax candle that feeds up to a scissors like clamp. The candle is lit above the clamp. The candle has an antique copper finish. It was sold under the name "Self-extinguishing Rope Candle." Read more.
The gel candles come in a glass container in either 5.5-oz or 11-oz. sizes. They were sold in multiple colors and scents. There is a label on the front of the candle reading "Nature's Finest Candles." The UPC codes of the recalled candles, located on a sticker on the bottom of the candles, are 3863300100 through 3863300114 and 3863300200 through 3863300214. This recall includes only Nature's Finest gel candles. Other Nature's Finest candles are not involved in this recall. Read more.
The candleholder is shaped like a lotus flower. It is plastic and consists of eight small candles that are ignited by a center flame. The small candles open up to resemble a flower blooming. There is a battery inside the center candle that allows it to play the music to "Happy Birthday". Read more.
The Rope Candle is a 21-foot coiled beeswax candle that feeds up to a scissors-like vise. The candle is lit above the vise. The candle is 7-inches tall and sits on an antiqued copper-finish holder. Sold at: Gardener's Supply retail store in Burlington, Vt., and in the Holiday 2004 Gardener's Supply Catalog sold the candles from October 20 through November 12, 2004. Manufactured In: China. Remedy: The firm has designed a scissor like attachment that fits on top of the clamp (vise). This cuts the wax from the sides and extinguishes the flame, preventing the candle from burning below the attachment and igniting the entire candle. The firm will either replace the candle with the new fitting, give store credit for the original cost of the rope candle or give a full refund.
