December 12, 2018 dormakaba USA Recalls Stanley Commercial Hardware Locksets Due to Risk of Entrapment in an Emergency

This recall involves Stanley Commercial Hardware's grade 1 mortise lever lock QMS/QME 100 Series. The recalled locksets have Bright Brass, Satin Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Satin Nickel, Bright Chrome or Satin Chrome finish. The locksets were sold in 15 different "functions" or models that can be identified by the three digit number following the QMS/QME series, which is located on the mortise case that is installed in the door cavity. Only mortise locksets with the following model/series numbers are included in the recall. This recall involves custom motorized window coverings that were sold with Zeus brand AA lithium batteries. Window coverings with batteries included in this recall were sold under the Bali, Graber, and Signature Series brands, and as private labeled products of Blinds Galore and JCP Home. The custom window coverings include cellular, roller, Roman (fabric and natural shades), pleated, sheer and layered shades, and wood blinds. February 25, 2014 Genie Recalls Garage Door Openers Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Genie, models PowerMax 1200 and 1500, and Genie Pro, models TriloG 1200 and 1500, screw drive garage door openers. The garage openers are gray and have a rating of ¾ HPc for the models ending in 1200 and 1 HPc for the models ending in 1500. "Genie" and the model name appear on both sides of the opener. The serial numbers are printed on a label located on the side opposite to the light. This recall involves tilt-turn stay arm and side-hung sash hinge adjustable window fittings. They are used to attach a window to a frame and primarily sold for use in commercial buildings. The fittings have clamps, locking pins and stainless steel springs. "G-U" and the component number are stamped at the ends of the fitting. October 23, 2012 JELD-WEN Recalls to Repair Interior Bifold Doors Due to Impact Hazard

The recalled molded white panel and flush natural wood grain bifold doors run on upper tracks and lower pivot pins. The lower pivot pin is a metal screw that fits into a white plastic sleeve that is inserted into the bottom edge of the door during the installation process. Only doors with pivot pins that have 12 rectangular indentations in the collar at the end of the sleeve are subject to the recall. Read more.
