The footstool is a natural-colored wood footstool. The standing surface is 11 1/2-inches by 11 1/2-inches with a 4-inch-long oval opening in the center. The stool is 11 1/2-inches tall. October 24, 2006 Halloween Pumpkin Decoration Kits Sold at Target Stores Recalled by Paper Magic Group Due to Choking Hazard

The recalled kits include plastic ears, eyes, noses, mouth, hands, shoes, hats, eyeglasses and jewelry that are used to decorate Halloween pumpkins. The recall includes Mr. Potato Head "Make a Monster Pumpkin" and "Make a Fireman Pumpkin" and Mrs. Potato Head "Make a Diva Pumpkin." The products are labeled for ages 2 and older. Products with small parts intended for children under 3 years old are prohibited due to a choking hazard. Read more.

These are Ledu-brand desk lamps with model number L462BK . The model number is written on the packaging. This recall involves lamps containing a serial number on the bottom of the lamp between A462050400001 and A462050401002. They also have a metallic UL foil sticker with E149992 written on it. August 16, 2006 Tu-Wire® Dimming Ballasts Used With Compact Fluorescent Lights Recalled for Shock Hazard

The recalled ballast is used to dim compact fluorescent lighting fixtures. The ballasts are not visible once installed. The ballasts were included with light fixtures sold under numerous brand names. Consumers should not touch these fixtures, since they could pose a shock hazard. The fixtures with these ballasts have a 120 VAC application, the fixture housing is for a 26W or 32W four-pin plug-in compact fluorescent lamp installed after July 1998. Most of the lights were sold for commercial use, though some were sold for consumer use. This recall does not involve light fixtures containing incandescent or halogen lamps or fixtures with screw-in compact fluorescent lamps or straight tube (linear) fluorescent lamps. Read more.

This recall involves Toulon potted candles that were sold individually and as a set. The larger, citronella-scented single candles were sold in cream, green and terracotta. Candles sold as a set include four smaller candles with cream or green pots and were sold in citronella and unscented. Item numbers involved in the recall are AW058 (single) and AW057 (set).
