August 11, 2006 Brunswick Bowling & Billiards Corp. Recall of Frameworx Table Height Chairs and Bar Stools

The recalled chairs and bar stools were sold under the model name Frameworx. The models affected are short table height chair model number 53-861025-000 and tall bar stool model number 57-860979-000. The model name and model numbers are not written on the chairs. The model number is only written on the original shipping carton, packing list or invoice. The chairs and bar stools have a plastic bucket-style seat bolted to a steel seat plate assembly that connects to the down tube of the seat. Read more.



August 8, 2006 ElectroPlasma Lamps Sold at Spencer Gifts Stores Recalled for Fire Hazard

The recall involves the Mars Lightning 7001 dome electroplasma lamp, which simulates lightning bolts inside. It has a glass dome glued to a black base. Writing under the base includes the SKU number of 00473421, "MARS LIGHTNING7001" and "LIGHTNING 2000." Read more.

July 11, 2006 Office Chairs Sold at Wal-Mart Recalled for Fall Hazard

The recall involves the Mainstays Associate office chair with a 5-star nylon base with dual wheel casters and pneumatic seat height adjustment. The chair has a fabric cushioned seat and back that is black/grey in color. The armrests are shaped in half-circle loops. Under the seat is a UPC Code Label #9501401610 with printed Model #VCR1022. June 26, 2006 The Swiss Colony Recalls Money Bag Candles for Fire Hazard

The recalled product is the "Money Bag" candle, which is 3 ¾-inches tall and green in color. There is a gold glitter dollar symbol on the front of the candle and the candle is molded in the shape of a bag. Inside the candle is a varying amount of money from a $1 coin to a $50 bill. Hang tags on the candle identify the candle as "The Money Bag by The Original Treasure Candle, ® Inc." They were sold under item numbers BI4372, BR4372, RA7372, RB4372, RG4372 and RW4372.
