The recall involves the Hallmark Keepsake Christmas Tree Ornament featuring the Cad Bane™ character from Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett. The ornament features a figurine with a brown hat, brown jacket, brown pants, a green face and blue cuffs. The ornament is about 4.5 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide. The ornament was sold in a collectible and reusable white storage box with red accented sides. The code 2199QXE3341 is printed on the bottom of the collectible box. Read more.

This recall involves Tala Muse Portable Lamps with batch codes 01/21, 01/22, 01/23 and 01/24. The lithium battery-powered lamps were sold in brass, green, white, blue, red, black and pink colors and measure about 13 inches by 5 inches by 5.5 inches. The batch codes are printed on the base of the product. Read more.

This recall involves Allen + Roth-branded lighted dimmable LED wall mirrors, manufactured from December 2022 through August 2023. The recalled bathroom vanity anti-fog mirrors are frameless and have a touch sensor button for the dimmable LED light. They were sold in three different sizes. Homewerks model number 75-102 (Lowe's item number 784783) measures about 24 inches x 30 inches, Homewerks model number 75-103 (Lowe's item numbers 2845089 and 1124616) measures about 30 inches x 36 inches, and Homewerks model number 75-104 (Lowe's item numbers 5746472 and 1124617) measures about 36 inches x 42 inches. The Homewerks model number and the manufacture date in MM-YYYY format are printed on labels located on the back of the mirror. The Lowe's item number appears in the mirror's instruction manual and on the purchase receipt. Read more.

This recall involves Ceither branded Adult Portable Bed Rails (ASIN: B09YRHCZY5) sold for use on adult beds. The bed support railing is made of black metal and black foam, and measures about 12-1/2 inches wide with an adjustable height between about 30 to 42 inches. Only adult portable bed rails purchased on or after August 21, 2023 are affected by this recall. Read more.

This recall involves Lucid Platform Beds with an upholstered square tufted headboard in Twin, Full, Queen, King and Cal-King sizes. They were sold in beige, black, charcoal, cobalt, pearl, and stone colors. The recalled beds have wooden support beams and wooden support legs and a white federal law label with "Made For: CVB INC, 1525 W 2960 S, LOGAN, UT 84321" printed on it. This recall involves Place & Time® battery-operated desk lamps with a USB cord. The lamp was sold in three colors: green with the model number 4843351B, pink with the model number 4843351A, and cream with the model number 4843351D. The model number can be found on the label on the bottom of the lamp. The lamp is about 12 inches high when the neck is fully extended and about 4 inches wide at the base. Read more.

This recall involves Avocado-branded Organic Cotton Mattress Pad Protectors sold in sizes Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King. All sizes were sold in both a Standard Pocket and Deep Pocket version. The quilted, ivory-color mattress pads are made of cotton ticking and cotton fiber fill. Attached to the mattress pad is a law label listing "Model SFMPAVORG", manufacturer name, date of delivery, date of manufacture, fiber content, and washing instructions. Read more.

This recall involves the Origin 21 oval and rectangle wall mirrors. These mirrors were sold in black metal frames. The rectangle mirror measures 22 inches wide and 31 inches long, with model number L1-MH-1647. The oval mirror measures 24 inches wide and 36 inches long, with model number L1-MH-1693.
