The recalled product is a 100 watt, 120 volt stained glass soldering iron with “Weller” and the model number W100PG, W100P3 or W100PGMX written on the light blue handle. May 27, 2010 Cost Plus Inc. Recalls Tea Glasses Due to Risk of Lead Exposure

The recalled Moroccan tea glasses were sold in 7-ounce and 11.25-ounce sizes. The glasses have an etched graphic design on the outside of the glass and were sold in assorted colors such as blue, green, and red. Read more.

February 1, 2007 IKEA Recalls Vases Due to Laceration Hazard

The recalled vases have thick black, white or clear glass walls. They stand about 28 inches high and weigh about 11 pounds. The base diameter is about 6 inches and the top diameter is about 9 inches. The IKEA logo and one of three article numbers are printed on the underside of the base. The article numbers are 201-102-34 (black), 501-121-99 (white) and 000-795-45 (clear). Read more.


December 13, 2006 Lifetime Brands Inc. Recalls Lemonade Jars For Lead Exposure Hazard

The recalled product is the Gemco® Lemonade Jar. The product is a six-sided glass jar with a round glass lid and a metal spigot at the bottom of the jar. The jar has a yellow and green label on the front that reads "Lemonade Jar" with a picture of two lemons. There is a sticker on the bottom that reads "imported by Gemco, Div. Lifetime Hoan Corp. Westbury, N.Y. 11590 Made in China." Read more.
