January 9, 2020 Libbey Glass Recalls Milk Bottles Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves the Libbey Glass 33.5 oz. Milk Bottles. They are clear colorless glass bottles with no markings that measure about 8½ inches in height by 3¼ inches in width at the base. The recalled bottles can be identified by their original packaging. Bottle cartons with item number 92129 and manufacturing dates of either August 15, 2019 or August 31, 2019. July 16, 2019 Wintergreen Essential Oil Recalled by Epic Business Services Due to Failure to Meet Child Resistant Closure Requirement; Risk of Poisoning (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Majestic Pure Wintergreen essential oil. "Majestic Pure" Logo Wintergreen essential oil 100% Pure and Natural Therapeutic Grade is written on the front of the brown bottle. The side panel ingredients specifically mentions "Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbent) essential oil. Steam distilled." It also states safety recommendations, directions and storage guidelines. July 3, 2019 Nature's Truth Recalls Wintergreen Essential Oil Due to Failure to Meet Child Resistant Closure Requirements

The recalled Nature's Truth wintergreen 100% pure essential oil is in a 1/2 fl. oz. (15 ml) glass amber dropper bottle. It has a black cap and a yellow, pink and green label with Nature's Truth Aromatherapy Wintergreen 100% Pure Stimulation Essential Oil printed on the front. Product number NT6446, UPC code 840093103130 and lot number 13810, 13985, 14540, 16013, 23517, 28581 or 29929 are printed on the back of the product. Read more.


November 29, 2017 Libbey Glass Recalls Bourbon Glasses Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves 8 oz. Bourbon Taster Glasses. The glasses are made of clear, colorless glass and measure about 3 7/8 inches tall. The glasses have one of three logos laser-etched on the bottom of the glass: "Kentucky Bourbon Trail," "Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tours" or "SIV". March 30, 2017 BlenderBottle Recalls Whiskware Glass Dressing Shaker Bottles Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves Whiskware glass dressing shaker bottles with a white plastic combination lid and pour spout and an internal stainless steel, round wire agitator used to mix the shaker's contents. "Whiskware™" and a volume measurement scale are written in white letters on the side of the glass bottle. Only glass shakers that measure 8.7 inches tall by about 3 inches in diameter and hold 2.5 cups of liquid are included in the recall. Read more.


January 10, 2017 Dunkin' Donuts Recalls Glass Tumblers Due to Laceration and Burn Hazards

This recall involves 16-ounce glass tumblers for hot and cold beverages, sold in three styles. They are approximately 8 inches tall and approximately 3 inches in diameter. The first style has "BUT FIRST, DUNKIN" written in white font on the inside layer of glass, a clear lid and pink plastic where the lid connects with the base of the tumbler. The second style has "BUT FIRST, DUNKIN" written in white font on the inside layer of glass, a clear lid, and orange plastic where the lid connects with the base of the tumbler. The third style has a black and gray plaid pattern on the inside layer of glass, a black silicone grip with the letters "DD" embossed on it, and a black lid. Read more.


May 1, 2012 Farm Glass & Metal Spiral Tea Light Holder Recalled by Christmas Tree Shops Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves a decorative spiral tea light holder made from a painted glass with a red, orange, and green floral design. The glass has a metal insert for holding tea lights. The metal insert is spiral shaped with places for three tea lights. The metal insert is placed within the glass container. SKU/UPC number 000015931955 is found on a label on the bottom of the glass. April 6, 2011 Stained Glass Soldering Irons Recalled By Cooper Tools Due to Burn Hazard

The recalled product is a 100 watt, 120 volt stained glass soldering iron with “Weller” and the model number W100PG, W100P3 or W100PGMX written on the light blue handle. The model number is located under the Weller brand name on the iron’s handle. Only certain date codes are included in the recall. Read more.
