This recall involves IKEA SULTAN and VYSSA crib mattresses with the following model names: SULTAN BLUNDA, SULTAN DRÖMMA, SULTAN SNARKA, SULTAN SUSSA, VYSSA VACKERT, VYSSA VINKA, VYSSA SPELEVINK, VYSSA SLÖA and VYSSA SLUMMER. The recalled mattresses are 52 inches long and 27 ½ inches wide and were manufactured on May 4, 2014 or earlier. An identification label attached to the mattress cover has the date of manufacture in Month-DD-YY format or YY-WW format and the SULTAN or VYSSA model name. In the YY-WW format, mattresses with a date code of 14-18 or earlier are being recalled. A gap between the mattress and crib ends larger than two finger width is an indication of the defective mattress. Read more.

This recall involves the 2-in-1 Bassinet to Cradle, sold in pink, blue, green, and white. The bassinet has metal frame supports and fabric sides with a removable half-canopy on the top. The frame can also be adjusted with two rocking legs on each end of the bassinet. It is designed with fabric handles and the option to remove the bassinet from the frame to use the bassinet portion as a "by the bed" sleeper product. The recalled model numbers are 439-A, 439-B, 439-G, 439-P and 439-W and can be found on a tag which is located under the mattress pad of the bassinet. This recall includes Moon model 3-in-1 high chairs which adjust to a newborn, high and junior chair with a unique design consisting of a base with two feet supporting a single post that holds up the seat in a clear shell. The shell has a white inner seat with a removable seat pad in white, camel or black. The high chair measures about 3 feet tall when in its highest position. There is a "Mima" logo where the metal post attaches to the base to the seat. There is also a "Moon" logo on the inside of the feet that form the base of the high chair. The serial and model numbers are located on a sticker on the inside of one of the two feet that form the base of the high chair. The recall includes Dream On Me Incredible two-level deluxe adjustable height play yards with model number starting with 436A, 436B, 436G, 436O, 436P and 436R. The play yards, made with a steel, powder-coated frame base with rolling, hooded casters, have a fabric and mesh covering that comes in a variety of colors. The play yard includes a changing top, a toy bar with soft toys for entertainment, a side pocket for storage and a carrying case. "Dream On Me" is printed on the bottom left-hand side outside of the product. The model number is printed on a label attached to the play yard's mattress. The play yard can be folded for storage. This recall involves IKEA GUNGGUNG Swing. GUNGGUNG is intended for indoor and outdoor use by children ages 3-7. It is made of green polyester fabric and hangs from a plastic suspension fitting attached to steel hooks. The full length of the suspension strap, including the sling seat, is 17 feet and the width of the seat is 0.8 feet. A permanent label is attached to one of the suspension straps, showing age recommendation (3-7), IKEA logo, Design and Quality IKEA of Sweden, GUNGGUNG article number 302.439.74, supplier number 17915 and Made in Vietnam. This recall includes Franklin & Ben Mason style 4-in-1 style cribs model number 5601 that were manufactured from January 2012 through August 2012. The model number and the date of manufacture are printed on a label on the inside of a side panel of the crib. Listed on the label as a "serial number," the following purchase order numbers are included in the recall: H004522, H004546, H004548 or H004777. The cribs have solid wood sideboards and wood rails on the front and back of the crib in varying heights and can convert to a daybed, toddler bed or full-sized bed. There is a storage drawer at the base of the crib with two metal knobs. The recalled cribs were sold in weathered gray and rustic brown, and measure 57 inches long by 33 inches wide by 51 inches high. Read more.

This recall involves two models of the Tommee Tippee Movement and Sound Baby Monitors with Sensor Pads. The product comes in three parts; the baby unit, parent unit and the movement sensor pad. The pad is white with a 10-foot cord that runs from the pad to the baby monitor unit. Both models come with a sensor pad that fits under the baby's crib mattress and sounds an alarm if no movement is detected for 20 seconds. There is a keypad and small screen above the keypad on both the baby unit and the parent unit. The recalled products include models 1082S and 1094S. Model 1094S includes a night-vision video camera. The recall includes Dream On Me Dinah high chairs made with a steel, powder coated tubing open-framed base with white plastic foot grips and black with white trim or red with white trim fabric seats. The chair has a white plastic tray, plastic footrest and a white fabric five point adjustable safety strap. "Dream On Me" is printed on a label attached to the front of the tray. The recall includes four models of Oeuf Sparrow cribs. The cribs were sold in the colors birch, grey, walnut and white. The recalled cribs were manufactured between July 2007 and January 2014 and have one of the following model numbers: 1SPCR, 2SPCR, 4SPCR or 5SPCR. The manufacture date, in the MM-YYYY format, and the model number are located on the warning label attached to the crib's mattress support. Read more.
