This recall involves bottles of 100ct Panadol Advance pain relievers. The medicine was sold in white containers with a blue label, inside a blue box. "Panadol" and "Advance" are printed on the label. Lot numbers and dates codes are located on the left side panel of the box and on the left side of the label on the bottle, near the bar code. This recall involves an Avon Ergonomic Eyelash Curler which is silver with black ergonomic finger grips. The word Avon is engraved in the silver upper lash curling bar. The recalled curler has the Avon model number F3093441 which can be found on the product's box. Read more.

This recall involves Misty Mate 2.5-ounce high pressure personal misters. The air misters are approximately 8 inches tall and are designed to spray a mist of water for personal cooling. They have a clear plastic cylinder to hold water, blue base and top and a nylon carrying strap attached to the top. The cylinder measures between 1.25 and 1.5 inches in diameter. The recalled Visonic Amber SelectX Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) kit enables a user to push a button on a pendant to signal a request for assistance. An Amber kit consists of one wireless pendant worn by the user, one Amber brand base station, generally connected to a phone line, a power supply and backup battery. Base stations are white, rectangular and measure about 9 inches wide by 7 inches deep by 2 inches high with gray emergency, call and check buttons. Recalled models have catalog number 0-100729 and serial numbers 1612002383 through 501206949. The first four digits represent manufacture dates April 2012 through December 2012 in WWYY format. The first two digits are week of manufacture and the second two numbers are the year of manufacture. For example serial number 2312 600299 indicates a manufacturing date of the 23rd week of 2012 or roughly June 2012. Each unit has an external label on the back of the base station, with the product name and serial number. Amber base stations previously recalled due to a different problem also had catalog number 0-100729 and serial numbers 2308600299 through 3013079617. Read more.

This recall involves Wahl Total Care products used to clean and lubricate hair clippers, trimmers and shavers. The product was sold in six ounce aerosol cans. For example serial number 2308 600299 indicates a manufacturing date of the 23rd week of 2008 or roughly June 2008. Each unit has an external label on the back of the base station, with the product name and serial number. Only Amber Classic or SelectX base stations that are placed in Common Area Mode by a professionally trained PERS system installer and are used without additional base stations, are included in the recall. The recalled supplement bottles are brown glass bottles that contain MegaFood One Daily Tablets. The bottles have a yellow label on the front with the words "MegaFood," "Fresh From Farm To Tablet," "One Daily," "Nourish," "Balance" and "Replenish" printed above a picture of vegetables. Recalled bottles have the following amounts, product codes and lot numbers:

The recall is for hand-held devices designed to spray a mist for personal cooling. The Air Misters are 8 inches tall and hold 2 ounces of water at the "Fill" line. They are clear plastic cylinders with colored tops and bases. The tops and bases come in black, blue, green and pink. A nylon carrying strap is attached to the tops. Instructions for use are written in white lettering on the outside of the clear plastic cylinder.

This recall involves ladybug and bee-shaped "Massage Pet" handheld massagers. The ladybugs are red and black and the bees are yellow and black. The massagers measure 3 1/2 inches tall and 5 inches wide and were sold with two Kendal brand AA batteries. "Massage Pets" and "Dating code 1210A" are printed on the massager's hangtag along with UPC 0 49696 60453 6 for the ladybug and UPC 0 49696 60454 3 for the bee. Read more.
