September 30, 2020 Petzl Recalls Safety Ropes Due to Fall and Injury Hazard

The recalled low-stretch kernmantle ropes are designed for professional use, including work-at-height use, difficult access, technical rescue and industrial applications; and for recreational use, including climbing, caving and mountaineering. The ropes have a nylon core and polyester sheath material. Only ropes with serial numbers ranging between 18 C 0000000 000 and 20 H 0000000 000 are included in the recall. The recalled rope models include: Axis 11mm rope (white, yellow, black, blue, red and orange) available in 150, 200, 600 and 1200 feet. Model Numbers R074AA00 - R074AA27. This recall involves Ontel ISO7X isometric exercise devices. The device is about 3 feet long. It has hard plastic black handle grips on each end and two black nylon straps that extend down opposite sides of the center metal shaft. This recall only involves isometric exercise devices with black handle grips. The recall of these devices was announced in April 2014. August 1, 2019 Super Jumper Recalls Trampolines Due to Fall and Injury Hazards

This recall involves Super Jumper 14-foot trampolines, and 14-foot and 16-foot combo trampolines with enclosures sold without reinforcement clamps. The Super Jumper logo is printed on the center of the trampolines' mat. The trampolines have a black mat, gold springs and a blue pad covering the springs. The 14-foot models have six metal legs and the 16-foot combo has eight metal legs. Read more.

This recall involves the Orange Whip golf swing trainer models OWT and OWM. The recalled trainers have a black grip and flexible shaft with a weighted orange ball attached to it. The batch number is printed on the inside of the counterweight steel ball (white or gold color) attached to the grip end of the Orange Whip. The recalled trainers have a batch number in the range from 772 to 792. In order to read the batch number, the counterweight steel ball must be unscrewed by hand. This recall involves four models of exercise machines that allow consumers to use the resistance from the selected weight to perform bicep curls. The user sits on an adjustable seat, selects the amount of weight, and grabs the swivel handles to perform a curl motion towards them.
