The recalled air hoses are high-pressure scuba air hoses with a black, smooth rubber outer covering. They are about half a centimeter in diameter and 32 or 36 inches long. These hoses connect the regulator to the tank pressure gauge. The phrase "Scuba Diving High Pressure hose I.D. 3/16" (4.76 mm) W.P. 5000 PSI Exceeds SAE 100RT braid with Kevlar fiber from Dupont" is printed in white lettering on the hose's outer covering. The hoses have metal fittings on each end. "CE EN 250 230" is stamped on the female side of the fitting and "12Q1" on the male side. Read more.
This recall involves Game Winner® cocking ropes with model number FSGWAR3018 and UPC 400214726596. The cocking ropes help users get a better grip on the crossbow string and aid in pulling it back. They have an approximately 50-inch long black nylon rope, two black plastic hooks and two t-handles. The model and UPC numbers are located on the instruction card that comes with the product. These black steel dumbbells are sold in pairs and can have a weight capacity of 10 to 90 pounds. The word 'BOWFLEX' is written in grey along the top of each handle. A selector dial on each end of the cradle lists weights in red, starting at 10 and increasing in increments of five. The red Bowflex logo is at the center of the dial. This recall involves units with a date-of-manufacture code in the serial number in the range of 1111 through 1136. The date code is the four-digit code following the letters "MAG" in the serial number. The serial number is on a white label on the bottom of the cradle. Lift the dumbbell from the cradle with all weights attached before turning over the base. Dumbbells with a black dot on the inside portion of the weight selector dial are not affected by this recall. This recall involves Beman Bone Collector Arrow sizes 340 and 400 with lot numbers 107545100, 107747900 and 107545200. "Beman," "Bone Collector," "340" or "400" and the lot number are printed on the arrows. The arrows are black with green designs and are made of carbon composite material. The recall involves the Browning and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation co-branded skinner knife sheath (model 322087). The sheath is black with the “Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation” logo stitched on the front. The packaging is black and yellow with “Browning” printed on the side and the model number printed above the UPC. This recall involves the “The General” compound bows hunting and target models with draw weights of 60 and 70 pounds that do not have a collet (see illustration below) in the limb. The bows measure about 31 inches long and have draw lengths of 26-30 inches. Hunting models were sold in camouflage patterns; target models were sold in gray, black, and wood-grain. The bows have laminated wood grips engraved with the word “BowTech” and a label with “The General” on the center pivot point of the bottom limb. Read more.
