February 21, 2012 American Honda Recalls ATVs due to Crash Hazard

The recalled vehicles are two-wheel drive 2012 Honda FourTrax Rancher ATV models TRX420TE and TRX420TM. The ATVs are red or green and have the word "Honda" on both sides of the fuel tank and the word "Rancher" on the front cowl below the handlebars and on the left rear fender. The recalled items are 2009, 2010 and 2011 Columbia ParCar golf carts, low-speed service and utility vehicles. They are 36- or 48-volt electric vehicles manufactured from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2011. Vehicles can be identified by their Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) located either on the passenger’s side left kick panel, in the driver’s side storage compartment or on the steering wheel beneath the center cap. January 26, 2012 KYMCO Recalls Utility Vehicles Due to Fire Hazard

The recall involves 2009 through 2012 KYMCO utility task vehicles (UTVs). The vehicles are gasoline-powered, off-road vehicles with two side-by-side seats, a cargo bed and a steering wheel. The vehicles come in red, blue, black, gray, orange, silver and green and have the model and brand name “KYMCO” on both sides of the rear fender area and the front of the hood. November 10, 2011 Arctic Cat Recalls ATVs due to Crash Hazard

The recall includes all 2011 Arctic Cat XC 450 ATVs and some 2012 Arctic Cat XC 450 ATVs. Recalled 2012 model year ATVs can be identified by the last six numerals of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in the following ranges: 6V0101 through 6V0178 and 700101 through 700230. The VIN is located on the lower front frame tube below the front bumper. The recalled ATVs are black and orange or black and lime green and display the words "Arctic Cat" on each side of the cowl ahead of the handlebars. This recall involves Bad Boy LT, Classic, XT, XTO and XT Safari model electric off-road utility vehicles. The utility vehicles have four wheels, bench seats for the operator and passengers and were sold in camouflage patterns, hunter green, red and black. “Bad Boy” is printed on the side or front of the vehicles.
