September 28, 2006 Cervelo Cycles Inc. Announces Recall of Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard

This recall only involves the 2005 model year R2.5 model bicycles and bicycle frames with serial numbers higher than R251700. The model numbers and serial numbers are printed on the bicycle frame tubes. The frames have clear coating over a carbon fiber with either red and white "Cervélo" decals on the down tube, seat tube and head tube, or blue and white decals in the same locations. Read more.

September 14, 2006 Segway Inc. Recall to Repair Segway® Personal Transporters

This recall involves all Segway PT i167, i170 and i180 ("i Series") models, the p133 ("p Series"), XT ("cross-terrain transporter"), GT ("golf transporter") and i2 models. These units were sold to consumers and commercial customers. All e167 ("e Series") models, which were sold to commercial users, also are included in this recall. August 17, 2006 Target Recalls Scooters - Various Breaking Parts Present Fall Hazard

This recall involves F Forward Firestreet scooters. The red or blue aluminum scooters have a fold-down frame and model number BZ 020 SP. The "F Forward" logo is noted on the stem, wheel or base deck of the scooter. Read more.



August 10, 2006 Safety Alert: NRS and LL Bean Inflatable Water Boards Lack Safety Warning Labels

This recall involves the NRS Manta Surfer River Board also sold as LL Bean Body Board. The Surfer Board is black, red and blue with the NRS logo printed on the top front of the board. The LL Bean Body Board is black, yellow and blue with the LL Bean logo printed on the top front. The boards measure 41-inches long by 24-inches wide. Item numbers 1869 (NRS) and 41869 (LL Bean) are printed on the tag sewn into the bottom seam, near the inflation valve. Read more.


July 24, 2006 American Suzuki Motor Corp. Recalls All-Terrain Vehicles

Only Suzuki 2006 model year LT-A400K6, LT-A400FK6 and LT-F400FK6 model ATVs with certain vehicle identification numbers are included in this recall. Refer to the VIN at www.suzukicycles.com. The vehicle identification number is located on the left rear side of the ATV frame. Eiger, printed in white letters, and QuadRunner and Suzuki are written on the side of the ATV. The D9 and D6 diving instruments are advanced, gas-switching, multi-mode, decompression dive wristop computers. The products included are: the D9 model with serial numbers 62102582 and below; and the D6 model with serial numbers 62103693 and below. The serial number is located on the side of the product.
