June 9, 2022 Intimidator Recalls Intimidator and Mahindra Utility Vehicles (UTVs) Due to Crash Hazard

This recall involves Intimidator and Mahindra branded models 750, 800, 1000, TGB, and GC1K utility vehicles (UTVs). The recalled UTVs were sold in a variety of colors. "Intimidator" or "Mahindra" is displayed on the front grill and the model series is printed on the rear-side panels. The vehicle identification number (VIN) can be found on a label inside the glove box, inside the hood compartment and below the driver's seat. The serial numbers of affected Intimidator vehicles are available at www.intimidatorutv.com/recall/. The serial range of the affected Mahindra vehicles are 000000 through 010545. June 2, 2022 Elevate Outdoor Collective Recalls Backcountry Access Avalanche Transceivers Due to Risk of Loss of Emergency Communications

This recall involves the Backcountry Access Tracker4 Avalanche Transceiver sold in yellow and black. The transceiver has a digital screen on the front and is about five inches long and three inches wide. "BCA" and the model name "Tracker4" are printed on the front of the unit. The serial number for a transceiver is located inside the battery compartment after removing the top AAA battery. Only the transceivers with serial numbers beginning with 21H05 or 21H06 are affected by this recall. Read more.


May 19, 2022 DGL Group Recalls Hover-1 Superfly Hoverboards Due to Fall and Injury Hazards

This recall involves model year 2020 Hover-1 Superfly Hoverboards model H1-SPFY. They were sold in black only with blue LED lights on the hoverboard deck near the foot pads. Hover-1 is written on the front of the hoverboard. Recalled hoverboards have a serial number on the bottom of the hoverboard beginning with SPFY-BLK-GO-2008, SPFY-BLK-GO-2009 or SPFY-BLK-GO-2010. A warning label can be found on the bottom of the hoverboard next to the serial number. The warning label, at the bottom right, states "H1-SPFY." Read more.


May 12, 2022 Yamaha Recalls Wolverine RMAX Off-Road Side-By-Side Vehicles Due to Fire and Explosion Hazards (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Off-Road Side-by-Side vehicles with model numbers YXF10WPZMG (Wolverine RMAX 4 SE), YXF10WPLML (Wolverine RMAX 4 LE), YXF10WPAMS (Wolverine RMAX 4), YXE10WPZMG (Wolverine RMAX 2 SE), YXE10WPAMS/YXE10WPAMW (Wolverine RMAX 2), and YXE10WPLML (Wolverine RMAX 2 LE). The side-by-side vehicles were sold in silver, white, black, yellow, gray and blue colors. The model name Wolverine RMAX is printed on the right and left sides of the vehicles. The model number is located on top of the airbox. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) can be found on the vehicle frame behind the left rear wheel. May 5, 2022 Santa Cruz Bicycles Recalls Heckler 9 Electric Bicycles Due to Fall and Fire Hazards

This recall involves 2022 Santa Cruz Heckler 9 model electric bicycles (e-bikes), which were sold in Gloss Avocado Green or Maritime Gray colors. They come with an interchangeable 720WH battery that sits inside a black case under the frame. The name "SANTA CRUZ" is printed on the sides of the downtube of the bicycle frame, and "Heckler" is printed on the top tube of the frame and on the inside of the left chainstay on the frame. May 5, 2022 WizWheelz Recalls GreenSpeed Magnum Recumbent Trikes with Quick Release Axles Due to Crash and Injury Hazards

This recall involves GreenSpeed Magnum and Magnum XL model recumbent trikes with Sturmey-Archer drum brake quick release front axles. Magnum or Magnum XL are printed on the trikes. Sturmey-Archer is printed on the hub/wheel where the axle is attached. Serial numbers P21276160 through P21460262 are included in this recall. The recalled trikes are orange, blue or charcoal in color with a black seat and three wheels. The serial numbers are printed on the left dropout, which is a slot in the rear of the bike where the rear wheel attaches. This recall involves certain VINs of Model Year 2022 RZR Pro R 4 Premium and Ultimate vehicles. The recalled vehicles were sold in the following colors: black, blue and lime. The recalled vehicles were sold in a four-seat configuration. POLARIS is stamped on the front grille and POLARIS and RZR are printed on the sides of the vehicles. April 14, 2022 Diving Inflation Valves Recalled Due to Risk of Hypothermia; Manufactured by SI TECH

This recall involves the Shell Inflation Valves with Int'l Nipples that come with diving dry suits and are also sold separately. The Shell Inflation Valve is used in recreational and technical diving. The recalled valve inflates the diving dry suit to allow the diver to equalize air pressure while descending in the water by pressing on the valve and it provides thermal protection to the diver. The vehicles were sold in various colors including orange, red, blue, pink, and green and marketed for children ages 10 and older. The name of the vehicle is printed on a label located on both sides of the vehicle. The model number is stamped into the metal plate located on the left side, under the rear body.
