May 6, 2021 CFMOTO Recalls All-Terrain Vehicles Due to Crash Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves 2021 CFORCE 800XC ATVs with 800cc 4-cycle engines. The vehicles were sold in orange, blue, silver and camouflage, with the CFMOTO logo in the center of the front grille. The model name is printed on each side of the vehicle chassis. Model year 2021 ATVs have the letter "M" in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). The VIN is stamped on the right frame rail, under the seat. Read more.


May 5, 2021 Peloton Recalls Tread Treadmills Due to Risk of Injury

This recall involves Peloton Tread treadmills with model TR02.The recalled Tread has a running space of 59 inches, a 23.8-inch high definition (HD) touchscreen console and a non-slatted running belt. The model number TR02 is printed on a black sticker located on the end cap in the front of the treadmill deck. The treadmills have a touchscreen and are black with the Peloton logo on the monitor and the side rails. PLEASE NOTE: This product is different than the Peloton Tread+ that was also recalled by the CPSC on May 5, 2021 because children, pets, and objects can be pulled underneath the Tread+ deck, posing a risk of injury or death. May 5, 2021 Peloton Recalls Tread+ Treadmills After One Child Died and More than 70 Incidents Reported

This recall involves the Peloton Tread+ treadmill with model number TR01. It has a running deck space of 67 inches, a 32-inch high definition (HD) touchscreen and a slatted belt. The treadmill was launched as the Peloton Tread in 2018 but renamed Tread+ in September 2020. The Tread+ model number TR01 is printed on a black sticker located on the end cap in the front of the treadmill deck. The treadmills have a touchscreen and are black with the Peloton logo on the monitor and the side rails. PLEASE NOTE: This product is different than the Peloton Tread that is also subject to a voluntary recall in cooperation with the CPSC on May 5, 2021 because the console on the Tread can detach and fall, posing a risk of injury to consumers. April 29, 2021 Off-Road Motorcycles Recalled by American Honda Due to Crash and Injury Hazards (Recall Alert)

This recall involves 2021 model year CRF450R off-road motorcycles. The motorcycles were sold in red, with the model name CRF450R printed on a label located on both sides of the motorcycle. Honda is printed on the front and both sides of the motorcycle. Motorcycles with the last six digits of the VIN number between 400223 and 401056 are included in this recall. The VIN number is stamped on the frame at the head tube behind the front suspension fork. Read more.

This recall involves 2021 Teryx S LE, Teryx4, Teryx4 LE, Teryx4 S LE, and Teryx4 S LE CAMO. The four-wheel, off-highway utility vehicles were sold in camo, camo gray, green, blue, and red. April 12, 2021 Black Diamond Recalls PIEPS DSP Avalanche Transceivers Due to Risk of Loss of Emergency Communications; One Death Reported

This recall involves all PIEPS DSP Pro, DSP Pro Ice, and DSP Sport Avalanche Transceivers. The transceivers are worn by skiers so they can be located if they are buried in an avalanche. The units were sold in one size with an LCD display, a slider switch with Off/Search/Send, and are powered by a battery. The devices have a green/yellow, black/yellow, or clear/yellow exterior. The transceivers come with a black neoprene carrying case. The manufacturer's name, PIEPS, is printed in black letters on the front of the unit with the model name DSP Pro, DSP Pro Ice, and DSP Sport. The recall includes PIEPS DSP Sport Avalanche Transceiver MODEL NO. PP1128040000ALL1; PIEPS DSP Pro Avalanche Transceiver MODEL NO. PP1127710000ALL1; and PIEPS DSP Pro Ice Avalanche Transceiver MODEL NO. PP1127700000ALL1. This recall involves the following model year 2021 KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS off-road closed course/competition motorcycles: KTM 250 SX, 250 SX-F, 350 SX-F and 450 SMR; Husqvarna TC 125 and FC 250; and GASGAS MC 125, MC 250F and MC 450F. The KTM motorcycles are orange, black and white with a white KTM logo on both sides of the shrouds. The Husqvarna motorcycles are white, blue and yellow with the blue Husqvarna logo on both sides of the shrouds. The GASGAS motorcycles are red with a white GASGAS logo on both sides of the shrouds. This recall involves Model Year 2020-2021 RANGER 1000 and RANGER CREW 1000, Model Year 2020 ProXD 2000G and 4000G, Model Year 2020-2021 Ariens/Gravely JSV3200, JSV3400, and JSV6400, Model Year 2020 Bobcat UV34 4x4 GAS and UV34 XL GAS, and Model Year 2021 Bobcat UV34 4x4 GAS off-road vehicles. The vehicles were sold in the following colors: Black, tan, red, titanium, green, camo, blue, gray and white. The RANGER vehicles have three or six seats, and the ProXD, Ariens/Gravely, and Bobcat vehicles have two or four seats. The RANGER and ProXD vehicles have "POLARIS" stamped on the front grille.
