August 2, 2018 Clean Republic Recalls Hill Topper Electric Bike Motor Controllers Due to Crash and Injury Hazards

This recall involves Hill Topper Electric Bike Kits with motor controller circuit boards used to convert regular bicycles to electric bicycles. The motor controller circuit boards, 24V/250W and 36V/350W, were sold separately as well as part of the kits. This recall involves all model year 2017 and 2018 Timemachine 01 bicycles and model year 2018 Timemachine 01 framesets. The product is a road bike for triathlons and time trials. BMC is printed on the downtube. Timemachine 01 is printed in glossy black letters on the flat black top tube. The bikes were sold in red, yellow and black. July 31, 2018 Additional Incidents Prompt Johnson Health Tech to Reannounce Recall of Matrix Fitness Ascent Trainers and Ellipticals Due to Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves previously recalled Matrix Fitness Ascent trainers® and Elliptical trainers installed from November 2011 through December 2012. All Ascent trainers and ellipticals have a swing-arm handle design, with pedals that rotate in an elliptical path. Units also have stationary handlebars. The Ascent Trainers® are similar to the elliptical machines, but include an incline function. Users operate the machines in a standing position. The ellipticals are black and silver-colored. The Ascent trainers are also black and silver-colored with an orange accent color on the machine's body and foot pedals. "Matrix" is printed on the machines body and handlebars. When assembled, the machines are about 70" high x 29" wide and 68" long. The machines involved in this recall have a decal at the center/bottom of the units with model numbers beginning with A-3x, A-5x/7x, or E-3x/5x/7x. July 26, 2018 Jimmy Hack Golf Recalls Golf Swing Trainers Due to Injury Hazard

This recall involves the Orange Whip golf swing trainer models OWT and OWM. The recalled trainers have a black grip and flexible shaft with a weighted orange ball attached to it. The batch number is printed on the inside of the counterweight steel ball (white or gold color) attached to the grip end of the Orange Whip. The recalled trainers have a batch number in the range from 772 to 792. In order to read the batch number, the counterweight steel ball must be unscrewed by hand. This recall involves model year 2018 Camso DTS 129 and Yeti Snow MX kits that are used to convert off road motorcycles or dirt bikes to track and ski vehicles. The DTS 129 kits have a serial number starting with 9025ICEXXXX located on the conversion system frame. The Yeti Snow MX kits have a serial number starting with YE3XXXX located under the system. This recall involves Rollerblade-branded Helmets R Us helmets, used in schools' physical education programs. The recalled helmets are white and Rollerblade is printed on the side in black. They were manufactured from September 2011 through April 2017. Model 16, SK-501N and the manufactured date (in MM/YYYY format) are printed on a label on the inside of the helmet.
